Me gustó es muy tranquilo y el personal muy amables

Had to wait 2 hours later then check in. Toilet backed up and we had to plug it ourselves, refused refund. Terrible do t do it.

This hotel have a weird smell, the back of the toilet was broken and cracked The beds we’re comfortable if looking for a basic room for a night this will work

We left after being there for 30 minutes and that was the dirtiest hotel i have personally ever been in. The area is less than ideal with homeless people everywhere.

I was a bit worried when I learned my room was very near the lobby but it was very quiet and nothing woke me. The orientation of the door and the vertical assist rod outside it is a little awkward, at least in my room, but it was not a big deal. I had one other little quibble but it's now two nights later and I've been up all night for work so I forget what it was but it was minor. Good neighborhood, polite staff, clean room, I would stay there again.

Bed was hard, rust in the bathtub, ice machine on the 3rd floor didn't work. Very little choices for the breakfast. No sugar for coffee, only sweet and low and Splenda. When we asked for sugar the front desk clerk just pointed at the sugar substitute and said right there... we will not be returning to this hotel

I like how convenient it is but sometimes house keeping goes n with the do not disturb sign up!! Other then tht it's a good place!!

two single females. Not real picky guests as long as clean room, locking doors and quiet, so a bit curious of a $48 8.0 rated hotel. Very surprised by what we found.. easy to find, appears to be newly redone, friendly folks, room was clean and looked better than some $120 places. smelled good - not chemical, just clean. They have night time quiet rules and number of visitors a guest can have to help keep it quiet. No pool, but a small excercise room. Breakfast was not fancy, but adequate (waffle machine was nice). lots of hot water, a microwave and small refrigerator. Comfortable beds. We felt safe. We were there 2 nights - a Thursday and Friday. Almost no one there on Thursday, but a large number of lower income, possibly homeless. folks started coming in Friday night. No surprise based on the prices. THey were hanging around, but they did not bother us. There was one incident where some people were hanging around the parking lot acting drunk or high at around 11PM Friday with young kids being unruly and loud but they left after awhile. There were a few slammed room doors and some kids that ran up and down the halls for a short time on Friday night, but nothing extreme. Never felt endangered. Limited TV channel choices - no local news channels. Overall we were pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. We would stay again. Hope they keep the place up - hard to believe thay can do it for what they charge.
