俄克拉何馬城布里克頓AC飯店(AC Hotel Oklahoma City Bricktown)

I booked a king room and they changed my reservation to a double room and never notified me of the change. They claimed they sold out of king rooms. They offer a $10 food/beverage voucher. Then we used the AC store and got a bottle of Aquafina water, a Pepsi, and 2 candy bars and were charged $39.it was nice hotel but the lotion in our room had been used and was empty as well.

A beautiful hotel with model design, but for me the rooms were a little too "euro cool": lots of grays, low lighting, no floor coverings. The service was attentive, but I had some bumps during my business stay.

Nice place but for 150$ or more per night you would think they would throw in breakfast. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We chose it because it was a new place and centrally located around everything in Bricktown.

Well i asked about parking and the front desk gal shared the options and i asked how the valet worked.she told me i just let them know i wanted it n thats it.then i find out there's an additional cost, not by her.nor was she vwry friendly. No smile n i didn't feel very welcomed.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. The service was lacking. The website said there was parking and when asking for parking help, they directed to an independent parking lot across the street that charged approximately $50 each day we stayed. Not sure why the website advertises $25 a day but the service clerk is unaware of it? I do not plan to stay here again,

Hotel offers valet overnight parking for $33. Check in was easy. Hotel has only one elevator broken which took forever. Room was a good size but not the most clean. Was also disappointed being downtown i expected some kind of view but our room faced right to an apartment complex wall. The hotel could use some maintenance throughout. Overall loved the location and atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was informed at check-in by a not so nice clerk, that they oversold and the room I had already paid for (in full) was not available. Was comp'd breakfast for 2, though our reservation was for 3. We were given another, smaller room that was dirty; long hair all over the floors & shower stall. Bedding had not been changed on the sleeper sofa. We had to request new bedding. The staff overnight, at breakfast, and checkout were kind and helpful, unlike the initial clerk at check in. Would not stay again.

Amanda was fabulous as a concierge. The staff was extremely helpful. One day nobody came to clean my room. The showers don’t work that well. They try to charge you for everything. Valet service is like $34.99 a night for but they do nothing other than park your car. You have to haul your own bag up to your room. No carts were available. They charge you for Wi-Fi. They have a tiny shop with nothing but overpriced junk food. It’s like $5.50 for a small bottle of water. The gym is ok. There us really nothing special about the place other than service by the front desk people who are very nice. Also, on the beds they have a white comforter with a sheet over it and I wonder if they do actually wash them after each person leaves.
