First time staying at the property and was absolutely amazing! Very classy interior, quite for the area it at, staff was incredible nice, bar had lots of options, valet was amazing with my car, restaurant looked like it had amazing fresh food(didn’t eat but saw their food and smelled amazing). Differently added to my go to places.

Really bad service and attitude from the desk at the hotel. I will never book here again. As a local, I have also heard other disappointing issues with the hotel itself. Very sad for a new OKC business. I became ill and asked to reschedule my overnight stay. The male employee at the Lively desk (not main Hilton reservations) was incredibly smug with me and would not even consider looking up my reservation because I made it through ******* (where I could not get past the virtual service which told me to call the hotel). I finally made it through Expedia’s virtual service - only to text with maybe a human and they told me they would call Lively to work it out. I was told it should be no problem. The day after I was to stay there, I was sent an email that Lively refused a refund or even any flexibility for me whatsoever. I have honestly never had that happen with a major hotel chain. It makes no sense - I would have gladly just moved it without a refund. I very rarely use services like *******, exactly for what happened here. NEVER again!

It was clean and the staff were nice. You have to pay to park even if you don’t use valet, which was weird but we did see security checking on the cars so that was nice at least. Check in was at 4 but they didn’t have a room available then, so we had to leave and come back an hour and a half later.

1st the staff at the property is excellent! The rooms well the walls are very thin you can hear everything. If you are staying on the side where a bar is located, you hear all the loud people outside. Hallways need to be vacuumed; elevators need to be cleaned trash on the flooring. For what has been called HIGH END shopping in Oklahoma City I am not sure that is what I would call this hotel. Bed was very comfortable.

Lovely Lively
This Hotel is fabulous! 5 star service from the time we arrived! The restaurant food was exceptional…and we are foodies! The surrounding shops are still being constructed, but we enjoyed ALL that was already there! We will definitely return!

If you don’t want sleep !
Not worth the money. Me, and my wife wanted to sleep away from the house for a night. 1st. Systems were down. Had to wait in line for 20-30 minutes to get checked in ( not a big deal) 2nd. Ordered food to be delivered. We had to meet driver downstairs because they can’t use elevators without a key card ( for safety reasons kind of understandable so we brushed that off) BUT. ZERO SLEEP SCREAMING guests. So we just packed up and left at 05:30. Beer bottles lined the halls to the elevators. I’d rather spend 1/2 the money to stay where there is at-least security roaming to prevent this from happening. I know the delivery driver would have at-least been quiet delivering our pizza. Guest come up from the bar connected to the hotel drunk and obnoxiously loud. I think security is highly advised at this establishment to avoid such disturbances. The chaos did not end until 4am. Zero stars would not recommend for a nice quiet stay. But if you are looking for an after party. Apparently 5th floor hallway is the place to be.
