This place was fabulous! I have never had a better hotel stay, even at the fancier hotels I’ve been to. My first impression was I went in with our luggage and my mom was parking the car and the manager (I didn’t get her name but it might have been Kerry the manager) came out of the office and I have the loveliest conversation with her! She was a very lovely and pleasant person, very surprising as some of the reviews were about horrible customer service. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, normal hotel room but felt exquisite as I’ve been at two hotels in the same town and this was by far the best. Very clean, didn’t have soap in the bathroom but not really a problem. The breakfast was amazing! I’ve never been excited to eat a hotel breakfast and normally skip it but this one was fabulous! I actually ate breakfast for the first time in years and it was wonderful! The ladies did such a good job making it amazing, but putting out whipped cream, fruit, and chocolate along with syrup for the pancakes. The oatmeal had brown sugar, nuts and syrup. They even had a premade hot omelet if you wanted. So good! I will absolutely be coming back here if I’m back in OKC!
Tim, the young man who checked me in, was I believe the night manager was a complete angel. Let me tell you the situation: My sewer line had collapsed, and we literally had to have a place to come for showers and restroom. I had tried several local extended stay hotels who refused to let us rent (because we were locals) owned by HILTON. So, I tried Best Western, I walked in with tears in my eyes and story of what was going on he attentively listened and assured me it would not be a problem and that it was all going to be OK. How right he was. The room was beautiful and comfortable, endless hot water and great breakfast. I will never forget the kindness shown to my husband and myself at a very trying time. I will sing the praises of BEST WESTERN to everyone I know. Please Tell TIM thank you!
If I could give this motel a 0, I would. The rooms are very gross and smell like cigarette smoke. The bedsheets had burns and the bathroom ceiling was broken. This is a Motel 6, of course, so you get what you pay for, but it was not even worth the $49 we paid to stay. In fact, we didn’t stay the whole night due to the unsafe area. Don’t stay here.
This hotel is in a great location and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in Bricktown for spring break and it was a central location to everything we wanted to do- about 15 minutes from everything outside of Bricktown. There is no free parking. We chose to do the valet for $34 a night, but there is a parking lot across the street for the same price. Our first night of valet was comped because it took over 30 minutes for us to get our car. We didn't have an issue after that. The hotel room was average. I suggest you bring your own pillows. Our 5 year old twin boys slept on the pull-out couch, but they are pretty easy going. Breakfast was also average. We stayed 2 nights and they had variations each morning. The pool was big but NOT HEATED. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but man was it chilly! The spa was also large and clean. Our twins had a great time swimming and it was the highlight of our trip :)

There was trash lying on the hall floor - I saw housekeeping in the floor but the trash was still there hours later into the next day. Breakfast was cold. Not room temp but cold. Eggs, bacon, biscuit. Orange juice was watered down and flavorless. Disappointed. Not the HGI we love and expect.
Our room wreaked of body odor, the carpet is deplorable, so We kept our shoes on even sleeping with them on. The tv didnt work, this property also has a theft problem of deposits which caught me off guard, $100.00, took 15 minutes to check out because our money wasnt on the property the ”Manager” had it. however, there was a lady from Denver whom had made 3 trips back to the property to get her $. The man at the desk asked if I remembered him putting our money into an envelope and sealing it, responded yes I did, proceeded to tell me that their are now two empty envelopes!!!!! I'm not one to judge live your life as you choose, but I refuse to be surrounded by SEEDY individuals, there wasn't a shortage of those at this location. So run, run run as fast as you can, save your money.
