Very nice room for a great price. We needed a room at the last minute and were very relieved it was so nice. Really appreciated being able to access Netflix, too!

Room was nice. No cups with the coffee maker in the room and no body soap in the dispenser in the shower. When I spoke with the staff member at the front desk, they did not seem too concerned.

We got there and they had cancelled our reservation even though we had our confirmation email. They told us the hotel was full and there was nothing they could do to help us. They left us stranded with no place to stay. And they didn’t seem to really care. They didn’t even help us find a room anywhere else. Just sorry- you are on your own. Just awful trea**ent!

I loved the spacious rooms, the quiet, and how safe I felt. I was traveling alone with my disabled 8 year old and I never felt we were unsafe. The room was spotless, I loved the kitchen area especially having my son with me, and the staff was wonderful.

We booked a king and the email receipt confirms it. We arrived to a queen and was told they only have queens. Staff didn't care one bit about the situation. Breakfast was terrible. They were not prepared for the number of guests apparently. Food was constantly empty and they stopped making any new food by 8:30am. Cost was fairly expensive, and the value for that cost was extremely low.

This property is a little dated but our suite was SO clean and spacious - we were visiting for six days with two adults and two children and there were separate bedrooms, ample living space, and a large dining table. We had three TVs available and the kitchen had all the basics. The morning breakfast was a little different every morning, with french toast, pancakes, biscuit sandwiches, and frittatas plus standard continental breakfast fare like cereal, oa**eal, juices, bagels, etc. Very economical option without sacrificing solid amenities.

Overpriced for the 2 bedroom room. Beds are doubles not queens. Very uncomfortable beds and bedding. Details were cheap.. scratchy linens, bad soap, bad toilet paper. Oddly, the Kleenex was good. This is an economy hotel for sure. Staff was friendly. We had a broken tv and they came to replace it same day. Room was adequately clean but had build-up of dirt in the corners and the bathroom was in disrepair. Carpet was crunchy. Kitchen was equipped with old and scratched Teflon pans and dull knives. Room was VERY small, misrepresented in the photos. Perfectly fine if you’re in a pinch (our power went out) but don’t expect much comfort. Housekeeping will persist on Checkout day until you leave. Checkout time was at noon but we were hurried out starting at 10. Smart TVs were nice, access to your own streaming services. Internet was reliable.
