Eens en NOOIT meer!!! Als je de foto’s bekijkt van de wellness,krijg je het idee dat de jacuzzi groot is maar helaas niet waar! Het werkte ook niet en als je daar wat van zegt,dan zegt de eigenaar doodleuk dat we op de knop moeten drukken…alsof we achterlijk zijn!!! Niet echt schoon en zelden iemand bij de receptie..de ruimte waarin we logeerden,had een bubbelbad die het ook niet deed dus al met al voor €1068 ZEKER niet de moeite waard.. De eigenaar is ZEER onvriendelijk,schreeuwt aan de telefoon om vervolgens op te hangen…wauw

Très déçu de notre séjour : Arrivée dans notre logement et pas de chauffage (il faisait 17 degrés). L’eau chaude et le chauffage se sont coupés 3X en moins de 48h. Personnel pas disponible ni serviable, qui ne vient pas s’occuper de nous remettre l’eau chaude et le chauffage. Douches dans les spas fonctionnent à moitié. Pots de savon dans le logement vides. Vaisselle de basse qualité et peu nombreuses. Isolation avec le couloir et les autres logements très mauvaise, on entend le moindre bruit. Isolation châssis et froid de l’extérieur très mauvais. Nous ne recommandons pas vraiment.

Dans un cadre magnifique, la suite sur les Sarts est un joyau caché au cœur du Condroz. Tout était à l’avenant, peut-être un seul petit bémol, l’insonorisation de la chambre , mais après discussion avec le personnel, il y avait un événement exceptionnel et rare ce soir là… On y reviendra c’est certain !

Het is geen hotel maar een Domaine zo wordt ons uitgelegd als wij een klacht over de service hebben… Voor 200 per nacht een suite gehuurd. Prachtige suite, mooie omgeving. Maar: de suite wordt niet schoongemaakt. De handdoeken worden niet ververst (op verzoek werd door het restaurant personeel twee handdoeken aangereikt). Vervelend als je vier dagen wellness ingaat. Je kunt in de suite niet koken en op het Domaine kun je niet lunchen, geen drankjes halen ( alleen tijdens Baropeningstijden tussen half vijf en half zeven). Kortom: je moet naar de supermarkt na een rit van drie uur. Inchecken via een kluis. De lift werkte niet dus via een noodtrap alles naar boven slepen. Geen personeel aanwezig want het is een Domaine… Zo kunnen we nog even doorgaan zoals het karige ontbijt. Kortom: mooie plek zonder service en aandacht ( op een vriendelijke dame na die alles moest oplossen wat er op haar pad kwam. ) Sauna bezoek is goed maar ook hier ontbreekt van alles om het comfortabel te maken. En als iets het niet doet…. Helaas, dit is een Domaine. ..Erg jammer van deze mooie locatie waar zeer veel geld in is geïnvesteerd maar waar ze de service zijn vergeten. Je niet welkom voelen is de slechtste ervaring voor reizigers die wel wat gewend zijn.

The location is very beautiful. Our room was very spacious, we had 4 rooms, 3 showers and 2 toilets. It could be more clean, there were a few spiderwebs. The kitchen is very good equiped. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use the spa, because we were a group of 8… The outside area was beautiful BUT the heated pool and jacuzzi was closed. There was only a sauna and a natural pool! We loved the pool and took a good cold swim in there! The breakfast was good quality but not a lot of options. Overall a nice stay!

If you are looking for a place to stay where the staff is friendly and make you feel at ease; where the amenities are, modern, stylish yet full of charms; and where the food is delicious. Look no further. The domaine is the place for you. We visited my mom's surprise, her 80th birthday meal. The meal and the stay left us all with our minds full of beautiful memories. From the word go Geoffrey and the entire team were very accommodating. The gite was spacious and very comfortable. The views were superb, and while we didn't have the time to enjoy the indoor pool and sauna, they looked incredibly inviting. I have visited places allover the world from Asia to US and the Domaine is definitely in a league of its own. The evening meal was tasty, full of flavours and the wine paired brilliantly with each dish. It was very cost effective and a superb culinary experience with local influences. The breakfast was also top-notch with local products. There is really nothing to fault about our stay.. In addition to the location, food, accommodation, amenities, and surroundings, what really made our stay such a memorable one is the service. Again, it's a really excellent job to all! We will be back!!
