No Unless you’re on the top floor, expect to hear everything — footsteps, voices, even people breathing above you. I was in Room 101 and woke up daily at 6:30 AM from front desk and stairwell noise. Housekeeping never cleaned my room despite the sign. When someone finally came, she opened the door without knocking while I was naked, then acted like it was my fault. Water barely got warm. Front desk was polite and location is walkable with free parking — but none of that makes up for how bad the experience was. Would not stay here again.

Vic Perfect hotel, location, amenities, cost for the Ogunquit area. Central to all places of interest and restaurants.

The hot tubs were wonderful after walking around the Marginal Way. The staff were kind and helpful. Our only issue was the lack of towels at the pool. Other guests took more pool towels than they needed as I saw piles of pool towels on their chairs. The landscaping is immaculate and the flowers and plants are in great shape and well maintained. The free tea and coffee were great! The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Beautiful and peaceful property!! Quick overnight with my boyfriend. The room was clean and comfortable. Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud but staff did best they could! Glass of welcome champagne was a nice surprise. The property grounds are beautiful and peaceful to walk around. I highly suggest Johnathan’s for food next door, dine in or call in an order. I’m still dreaming of my dinner. We will most certainly be back, thank you for a lovely stay.

Our room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The Roman spa was the best! Relaxing and clean. Fire pit was on too! The breakfast was an added bonus! You can tell the employees and owners care about having happy customers. Will definitely go back!!
