奧埃拉斯設有酒吧的飯店

I don’t usually write reviews but having come back from this holiday, I had to write this review. The hotel is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and I have done a lot of travelling). Where do I even start… firstly, a few weeks before coming, I emailed and mentioned that we were coming for my mum’s milestone birthday and requested for help sorting out a cake etc. The hotel responded so quickly and organised everything for us from a cake, and candles and the drinks we got served for the day. During our stay, the staff and team went over and beyond expectations to make us feel so warmed and welcomed. A special thanks to Pedro, who shuttled my parents to the mall and came to pick them up and made sure they were fine while my sis and I went sightseeing that day. A special thanks to Junior for organising the cake etc for my mum. She felt so special and loved - we definitely would not have been able to make it happen without you and your team. It is the attention to detail, the bright warm smile (at what ever time and from ALL staff) and accommodating and assisting with our every need that elevates this hotel from a 4 star to a 7 star hotel. The hotel staff from the breakfast staff to the cleaners, 100% embody what hospitality, customer service and professionalism looks and feels like. Can’t wait to visit again!

這是一個令人快的體驗,員工非常快、高效;早餐很味,多樣。 房間對兩個人來說是很好的,一個舒適的、寬的牀,有許多安裝地點,有非常有效的黑暗窗,而且有很好的空調。室有很好的,能量很高,溫度水平很好地調節。 不過房間的聲音音可能要好得多。

Extremely disappointed when I got a room facing a wall and all I wanted was a sea view. Apparently all the first line rooms are considered to have a sea view but there are a few rooms on the 1st line with no sea view but sold as if they have it. Suggestion: sell 1st line rooms behind a wall as 1st line WITH NO SEA VIEW. :( Room 36 has no sea view but it is sold as if it has.

Hotel is well located near highway and train station, also has reasonable prices. The hotel staff were fantastic 😊,front desk was full of information👍Breakfast was delicious 😊housekeep did wonderful job👌 special thanks for front desk night shift Gonsalo. Obligado Than you for everything 😀

整體比較滿意，行李箱破了前台幫忙膠帶纏了好多圈安全託運回國，手破了前台也提供創可貼。每天的早餐很棒。

洗手間有點小，但也足夠使用，冰箱會漏了一點水，但房間乾淨整潔，配上落地大窗顯得房間多了一點古風氣息

我們之所以選擇Vila Gale是因爲它離里斯本很近(我們在葡萄牙各地都有業務,但也想訪問里斯本)和可以看到大海 - - 我們一點也不失望。歡迎熱情友好,我們的套房有獨立的客廳和臥室,大露台,花園/游泳池和海景也非常愉快 - 一切井然有序,保持清潔,而且空間很大(我們最小的女兒2歲,和我們一起,她需要一噸空間...)。停車在臨近的車庫(好在小鎮本身沒有提供太多的車位)。早餐:很棒,很出色。我們曾經享受過的最好的早餐之一,在古色古香的環境中,各種新鮮的事物,加上香檳。對於那些喜歡這種氛圍的人來說,這是天堂。晚餐:與早餐在同一房間,同樣愉快。水療區:我們使用了室內游泳池、桑拿浴室和蒸汽浴室--所有這些設施都保持在良好的狀態,提供充足的空間,以及安靜和放鬆的時間。對於有車的人來說,這個位置本身就很好,里斯本就在附近--如果沒有高峯時間或交通堵塞,離市中心只有20分鐘的路程。如果沒有車,它看起來會有點偏。總體來說: 絕對值得一試, 而且真的沒什麼好抱怨的 - 我們很喜歡它.

七月底在這裡住了 3 個晚上，在國家體育場觀賞《鐵娘子》。我們到達時酒吧已經關門了，但酒保還是很友善地為我們喝了一杯。舒適的房間。我們進來時房間有點味道，但通風後就沒事了。空調工作正常。房間很陳舊，但很乾淨，每天都有清潔服務。早餐不錯，自助餐不錯。晚餐基本上選擇3種不同的東西。不過確實沒有其他地方可以去吃飯。我們走進了大約十分鐘路程的小鎮，晚上7.30一切都關門了，沒有餐廳開門，就像一個鬼城。唯一開放的地方是外帶雞，那實際上非常好。搭乘 Uber 前往任何地方都比搭乘計程車便宜，前往里斯本市內約 11 歐元。不是適合家庭入住的飯店，因為沒有什麼可做的，也沒有什麼地方可去。泳池很好。房間裡沒有水壺或任何其他設施來泡熱飲，所以如果酒吧和餐廳關門了，你就沒有任何選擇來喝熱飲。前往國家體育場非常方便，在高速公路下有捷徑，步行只需 15 分鐘。工作人員很棒，非常樂於助人且友好。會再次入住，但只是為了參觀國家體育場的樂隊。

The hotel is located very close to and with a wonderful view of the sea. Staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good choice at the breakfast buffet as well.
