El Grand Hotel London no cumple en absoluto d un hotel d 5 estrellas. La recepción es minúscula, como todo personal d servicio al huésped cuenta con el/la recepcionista, carece d salones d reunión o descanso, así como d servicio d habitaciones. Por otra parte, no conserva ningún elemento original d la época d su construcción en 1912, hecho q se publicita cono reclamo, y la decoración actual d los pasillos y habitaciones es d mal gusto, pretenciosa y completamente desfasada. Finalmente, el bufet d desayuno resulta muy escaso y sólo se salva x la posibilidad d solicitar platos a la cocina incluidos en el precio.

Dies ist ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel was einem 5 Sterne Standard in keinster Weise entspricht. Die Flure waren mit Bewegungsmeldern ausgestattet, die nur teilweise funktionierten und man somit sich tastend im Dunkeln fortbewegen musste. Fitness, Sauna außer Betrieb. Fernsehprogramm 3 bulgarische Sender. Die Möglichkeit sich Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen war zwar gegeben, jedoch mit Wasserkocher und Pappbecher. Das Frühstück mit einem Preis von 10,-€ war allerdings die größte Pleite! Durfte leider kein Photo machen. Mitarbeiter haben mir dies untersagt.

The hotel's decor is outdated, sporting furniture that seems to have been untouched for years. Its aging appearance doesn't quite live up to a five-star standard, perhaps falling more in line with a three-star experience. While the rooms receive a basic cleaning, attention to detail is lacking. Staffing is minimal, with only one person stationed at the reception desk. The bed linens leave much to be desired, feeling and looking inexpensive. Accessibility is a concern, as guests with disabilities may struggle to navigate the stairs required to reach the elevator, effectively limiting their access to higher floors.
