Private house that was completely renovated in 2020. We are following all recommended cleaning processes. Book with confidence, based on over 200 five-star reviews on my 4-VRBO properties. Other properties are: #182242, #821584, #4054307. If you need a large rental, ask about also renting the units located on the back of the property. This recently renovated one-level house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths is located in a quiet part of coastal South Oceanside. It is just blocks from a local beach and many restaurants/shops. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from highway 5, it is the perfect location whether you want to enjoy the beach area, or visit major attractions including the Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, or even Disneyland. As you enter the house, you will see an open floor design, with the main sitting area, kitchen, and dinning area all together . The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and let's not forget about the wine-opener! The family room has a comfortable sitting area with a 60 inch smart (Roku) TV, with all standard cable/ local channels with DVR capability. Free hi-speed Wi-Fi is also provided . You can take advantage of the great year-round weather the area is known for on your private patio which includes a gas grill, outside furniture and two lounge chairs. Two bedrooms have queen beds, while a third smaller bedroom has a full sized bed. Two full sized bathrooms, both with newly tiled stall showers, are available from all rooms (soap, shampoo provided). Sorry, no bathtubs. Fresh linens and towels are provided as well as a hair dryer. In case you need to do any wash, the house has a large washer and dryer and detergent is also provided. To make sure you are comfortable, the renovations included central A/C. Although the beach areas are known for their moderate temps, hot weather can occur anytime of the year. Even during the winter! Large vehicals over 17 feet long will not fit into garage, and free street parking would have to be used. Typically spots can be found within a 1.5 blocks. Standard size SUVs will fit. Since mostly locals live on the block, there typcially is a close parking spot on the street close to the house. There is also a dedicated parking spot in a garage on the back of the property which is shared with another rental. No vacation is complete without taking a short walk to the popular Buccaneer Beach to see the sunset or perhaps to take advantage of the park which has a great playground for children. If you go before noon (2pm on weekends) you have to visit “The Buccaneer Cafe” located just across the street from Buccaneer beach (PS - try the Loco Moco or award winning cheese burgers). If you just want to relax on the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a beach cart, and kids sand toys are provided. Two beach bike are provided, and upon request additional bikes including a child's bike, may be available (we do not provide helmets and it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to ride without a helmet so please bring one if needed). On Thursdays, you should plan on visiting the Oceanside Farmers Market. If there is a need for more than the small local shops, you can take a short 10 min drive to the “Carlsbad Outlet Mall”, or “The Forum Shops” located in nearby Encinitas. FYI, a small local market called “Primos” (very famous with the locals), is located just a few blocks away. You will be shocked to find they happen to have a great fresh meat counter in the back part of the store! For those with babies, I can provide a pack 'n play and booster seat if requested. Beaware that the train runs close to the beach in Oceanside and you will hear the train whistle. It has not been a problem as you can see from the reviews. Policies: - With payment you will be agreeing to abide to Oceanside's "Good Nieghbor Policy" (GNP) which can be seen in full on the rental contract. The GNP does not allow load load noises after 10pm, limits daytime guests to 10 people up till 10pm, and requires you to inform all occupents of these rules. - No smoking inside the house or on the patio - One well behaved dog is allowed if requested at time of reservation (ask if more than one dog) - No drugs allowed at the property - Must be at least 25 years old to book About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Approval required for more than 1 dog.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:By booking this reservation, you are agreeing to Oceanside's Good Neighbor Policy (GNP) which is shown on the rental agreement..Must provide a cell phone number with reservation which can be used to contact you the day of your arrival.,Guests with less than a 4 star average review rating are subject to review and may result in cancellation..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.
