杜威海灘凱悅嘉軒飯店(Hyatt Place Dewey Beach)

Absolutely horrendous. Sleeping on a pile of rocks would have been better than that bed. Breakfast was cold and disgusting. Management is just as horrendous as the bed. We actually ended our trip early due to the poor conditions and, even after complaining, we couldnt get a refund. Didnt even get a call from mgmt. Got a text!! Would NOT recommend this place at all. Will never EVER stay at a Hyatt again. Save your money. For the money we spent, you would expect quality service and customer service...... we are pissed off people.

If you’re staying in the rooms facing the street BEWARE everyone outside can see you - especially if you’re sitting in the restaurant Nalu across the street. I was watching people looking at me and then eating at Nalu watching people get undressed. There is zero communication from the hotel staff about this. It’s a dirty hotel with depressing lighting and sad pool and gym.

Hotel is located near the bay, easily walkable to the beach with many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is dirty! At check in, we were handed a note that housekeeping would be provided every 2-3 days and if you needed anything please contact the front desk. Carpet in our room was so dirty it was sticky to walk on. We had booked a 5 night stay, sight unseen, and had to go to the desk repeatedly for towels- none in the room on check in, to get the trash emptied, to get blankets (blankets delivered had holes) for the bed-because the AC could not be adjusted and it was very cold in the room. Housekeeping wasn’t even in the hallways so we could replenish supplies without a trip to the front desk, Housekeeping finally came on the fourth day.

The room wasn't cleaned once in 3 days. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper day one. No response to repeated requests for service.

My family and I love this hotel and look forward to one or two weekend getaways a year. Part of what I love is breakfast in the morning, it's always very good. I contacted someone through the chat confirming that breakfast was until 11, they sent me a link absolutely confirming it was until 11. When we came downstairs at 10:15, everything was cleaned up. It was an incredibly disappointing ending to an otherwise lovely trip. I did contact them to make sure they update their website so other guests don't have this experience.

Nos fue súper genial queríamos tener la habitacion con vista a la playa pero no fue posible ya que el hotel no lo incluye en ninguna de las habitaciones pero el lugar es fastantico y súper lindo vuelvo para verano de este mismo año 2023 si los precios están accesible.

The hallway smelled like a trash dump. Their service was very poor. I got a room that didn’t have an outside window. I would like to see if I can get a partial refund on my bill.

Light in bathroom was broken, the amenities were okay but the price was way high for what we got
