Stay cut short due to Debby We have vacationed at OIB numerous times over the last 25+ years & this was the first time that the weather was terrible but the house & Larry were fantastic! There was an issue with the golf cart not being operational & Larry let us know that right away. What we had expected as a wonderful vacation turned into a bad weather situation but Larry clearly understood & took great care of us & worked with VRBO to get us a refund. If you are looking for a clean home with a large well equipped kitchen & private pool this is your place! Distance to the beach is just a short walk away even though we couldn’t spend much time there in the rain!

Perfect birthday weekend! A group of 14 of us stayed at the property and it was just as the pictures show. Plenty of space, great location to walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and hang out. Larry was great to work with and I hope to be back another time!

Beautiful beach home and responsive host Spacious, well appointed, beautiful beach home! Short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Home is well stocked with lots of essentials, and every kitchen item you could possibly need for home cooked meals. Owner is very responsive- had a HVAC issue during our stay and he had it taken care of in lightning speed. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location We loved the location of this house. There is a beautiful view of the ocean/beach despite being one block away from the beach and the walk to the beach is quick and easy. Our family of 15 had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. There are plenty of puzzles and games provided appropriate for kids through adults. The host also provided chairs and toys for the beach and pool. The host is a pleasure to work with and quickly responds to any questions.

Great location! This home is a great location and lots of space for a large group. The walk to the beach is only a couple minutes and the pool area is an excellent spot to hangout after a day at the beach. The kitchen area is very large and spacious with all necessary items. The fridge is on the smaller side so would need to bring coolers for a larger group. The property is older than it appears but the 3rd floor offers a great table and couch space for a group. The decks a great opportunity to enjoy coffee and see the ocean!
