Our brand-new super comfortable furniture and bedding will ensure your LBI vacation is enjoyable and relaxing. Gather your entire family in our beautiful kitchen with white countertops, commercial-grade oven, and wine/drink mini-fridge. 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with 3 En-Suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bunk bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twin over full and full over full). Three-level elevator. Large decks including rooftop deck with comfortable furniture and amazing sunset views. Surround sound speaker system throughout beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. Additional family room on the ground level with a comfortable large sectional sofa and a large TV (think kids gathering room :-))) Large and rejuvenating Swim Spa surrounded by hydrangeas and crape myrtle trees. Outside shower. Comfortable and relaxing outside sitting arrangement with a gas fire pit to enjoy an evening cocktail. We provide 8 beach badges and beach chairs. Beach badges are not needed for kids ages 12 and under. No linens/towels/paper products are provided. Our rental week runs from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, so our guests could spend more time on the beach and less time in traffic. In SUNSET PARK you will find tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, baseball field, well equipped playground, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes and incredible sunsets. Wednesday nights there are free concerts and many other activities including craft show and art festival, art camps, baseball/ soccer/ lacrosse camps and many others. Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment and kayaks are available at the Marina nearby. About this space Relax at this beautiful beach house with a lagoon/water front view and only a 5 minute drive to Long Beach Island. The house sleeps 11 ( one bedroom with twin beds, one bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 3 trundle twin beds, and a pull out sleeper couch). This is best suited for up to 6 adults and 4-5 children. The home includes off-street parking spaces, a 4 car driveway, a fenced-in back yard with patio table and chairs & gas grill. Access to apps on Roku TV. We are located in a family oriented community, there is a strict 10pm noise ordinance and zero tolerance policy towards loud parties of any kind. The space The house includes 2 bedrooms and an oversized loft. There are two full bathrooms, an open concept kitchen, living room as well as a sun room. Bedroom 1 - twin beds Bedroom 2 - Queen Loft - 3 trundle twin beds Sunroom- pullout couch Other things to note Renter’s should be aware that there is full access to the lagoon via a dock. Our apartment is located seconds from the beach! Come and relax in our newly renovated apartment. We have 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Dine with Bay Views & sunset.We hope to provide you with a cozy, fun, and relaxing stay at our apartment. We have a nice spacious living area and a beautiful quiet deck to chill at. Our dining room offers amazing views of the Barnegat Bay. Enjoy the sunset while hanging out at home. We have beautiful tile work in our bathroom and spacious kitchen with granite countertops. There are 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunk bed that sleeps 3 and 1 twin bed between the 4 bedrooms. There is cental air conditioning. Washer/Dryer is provided. It is 1/2 a block away from the Bay pier for fishing, boating and Jet ski rental, kayaking dock etc. Our home is located in a convenient area making shopping, liquor store, resturants, ice cream, mini golfing and bars within walking distance. We wish to give you a pleasant stay at our little home with all our ameneties. We are always reachable if any issues or question. ALSO!
