This is our 4th year at this hotel and they never disappoint! The staff is always friendly, funny and helpful. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The rooms are so comfortable and feel brand new every year. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the never ending supply of warm cookies!!!! Never disappointed here and will return every fall for our quiet getaway. Thank you, Double Tree!

Staff was very friendly and the room was tidy and clean. Loved the outdoor fire at their private beach area. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. Also, can walk to Barn 45 and OC Wasabi. And our ocean view was amazing! Thank you for a great couples weekend getaway.

The room and amenities were fine. The staff was horrible. We requested a room on the third floor or higher. When we arrived they tried to put us on the ground level. I brought up the fact we requested higher she said they were sold out and when I asked for the manager she found a room for us on the second floor. We came in from the beach dripping with sweat and our son with special needs needed water. We asked for a bottle that was sitting there and he said he could only give us one upon arrival and we had already gotten ours. That was enough for me

Just left today10/17/23. Had a great relaxing time in OC. We had an ocean front room with 1.5 baths. The room was clean and spacious. We were able to make breakfast and have coffee every morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My biggest issue was the temperature. The thermostat would no go lower than 68 degrees but the room displayed the temp ranging from 73 -78 through out our stay. I did not sleep well because I was hot. We had the housekeeper check as well. We were told the lowest setting is 68 but the room temp ran hot. I would definitely stay again.

Best stay in ocean city yet. The manager Jake made a world of difference. Very accommodating in multiple situations. Pool was clean, rooms were clean. Great location. Fire pit outside was cool. 2 outdoor pools, one rooftop one beside the fire pit ground level. Volleyball net. Rinse station for when your done at the beach. Very clean sand around the hotel, unlike others which usually has cigarette butts and trash on the ocean view side from guests on their balconies. View Liquor store, Papa John's, tony lukes, and dodo cookie dough all right beside the hotel seconds away. McDonald's, Burger King right across the street.

OVERALL WE WERE PLEASED WITH OUR STAY. NOT UPSET ABOUT ANYTHING BUT SOME SUGGESTIONS: A NOTE ON THE DOOR SHOWING LOCATION OF AMENITIES SUCH AS ICE MACHINES, LAUNDRY, ETC. TV CHOICES WERE A LITTLE LAME. HOUSEKEEPING WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KEPT US WELL STOCKED ON TOWELS, ETC AND TRASH PICKUP BUT UNIT WAS NOT CLEANED ALL WEEK.

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 small children. Overall the hotel was great and we had a wonderful experience. Since this is a review where people like to know details I will list some things I was not crazy about. As soon as I walked into our room I nearly slipped as the floor in kitchenette area had some sort of slimy film on it as if it had been cleaned with furniture polish. For some strange reason we had a ton of fruit flies in the bathroom. They were just hanging out and flying around the bathroom. Very strange that they would only be in the bathroom. We had a pullout couch and the cushions had some white crusty stuff on it. Since we used the couch for sleeping I simply moved the cushions into the corner. I did not report any of the things I listed as I didn’t feel it was necessary. Again the things I mentioned to me were minor but to give an honest and helpful review I wanted to list them here. I would absolutely stay there again. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. There are a ton of great restaurants within walking distance as well as Jolly Rogers amusement park. Driving to the get to the boardwalk is also very convenient. Last yr we stayed right by the boardwalk but this time we wanted a quieter experience.
