Beautiful hotel! From the big Chris**as Tree in front lobby to the welcoming staff, its a great plave to relax and unwind. It's also walking distance to Winterfest of Lights, which is why we originally decided to stay there. The only issue is some of the guests for lights will take up the parking, but the hotel staff apologized and parking wasn't as bad as we thought it would be.

We were impressed with how clean everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly for our stay. We had an issue with the people in the room next door shouting at us for leaving our room in the morning (8am on a busy parade weekend). The front desk immediately took care of it and spoke to them.

The only thing that we really had a problem with was parking. We were there for the Chris**as Light show at the park with our young kids (8yrs & 7month) and we had trouble parking at night due to no one enforcing you can only park at the hotel if your staying at the hotel. I mean the hotel doesn’t even have a parking pass to put up for there guest all they ask for is Make & Model of your car no pass no license plate number so there’s no way it can be enforced. Frustrating parking out in no man’s land with small kids when we are the paying customers.

Strongly recommend Holiday Inn Express in Ocean City, MD provided you do not want to be on the beach. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located in north Ocean City. Self free parking was a plus. The entire staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast service, maintenance, etc.) make this a great hotel as they all seem to care about your stay and aim to please. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very displeased with our stay… rooms were dirty. Floors did not look to be swept…. Shower was gross, and we had blood on one of our beds. I wish there was an outside sitting area… the evenings were beautiful and we were stuck in the rooms. We will mot be staying there again!

It was a two night mother/daughter trip. Everything was excellent from check-in to check-out. The friendly staff really made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend and will be back again.

Very clean and continental breakfast was absolutely amazing. Very friendly staff. Could use larger waste cans. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The front desk staffer, Jamie, was so kind and accommodating. I love that this hotel is close to the beach and the park. We have stayed before and will stay again.
