Room is real nice and clean.Conveniently going around shops, get back to highway. Jessica is super welcoming us at the check- in also pay attention on our requests.The man at the check out next morning is polite & bright attitudes person ( Forgot to look at his name) We stay a night (Aug 27th ) for Rainbow spring park also visit our family in the next town.Impress with service , bed is so comfy , smell of this place is real nice.Breakfast is great so we enjoyed it also many to choose from.Highly recommended for high quality service & price is decent.Will stay again definitely

Nice hotel with limited amenities pet friendly but you have to leave a $300 deposit which will be returned 5 days later not right away, find a room not facing the interstate mine was and it kept me up all night and the room 213 has a very loud air conditioner that sounds like a truck Staff is super friendly.

******* sent the wrong credit number to the hotel, and I was on the phone with 3 different ******* employees for over an hour. I got to the hotel just before midnight, to be told my ******* reservation didn’t go through and she said even if it had, they didn’t have that room available. After an hour of the hotel auditor and I trying to make the almost unintelligible ******* personnel listen to us, I had to pay $50 more for a room since ******* had me booked in a nonexistent room. So not only did ******* charge me, but I also had to pay the hotel directly. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever endured.

Hotel is perfect clean quiet ans comfy beds, but when arrived reception Jesse was very rude handling our check in I booked 3rd party and somehow our reservation didn’t appear on their system But was charged and had itenery she said she needed confirmation tried giving it to her said it wasn’t that . Long story short she was not helpful at all to help I called company I booked they Ana while On phone I put on speaker was then that she said they need to call Ana speak To her very rude she then tried to make it up but that’s not how you greet or treat people .

Great hotel This hotel would have gotten 5 stars if the bed had of been more comfortable. The breakfast each morning was excellent! Very well maintained. Shower had good pressure and was roomy. Spacious room and the a/c worked awesome!

As soon as you walkin, you can smell a wonderful floral scent which attests to the Cleanliness of the hotel. I hadn't even "Realized" that *Real* Hotels are "Supposed" to have "Wonderful" scents, because I have Never "Experienced" this Before in "my Life!" WOW! *Great Job* on the "inner" Beauty of Holiday Inn Express and Suites Ocala IHG! It was like a "Great Awakening!" Thanks for this wonderful touch! *Incredible!* Thank you!

No complaints. Quick and easy check-in. Clean room. Good comp breakfast. Nice amenities. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing I-75. It wasn't an issue for me but you do notice.

Very clean and staff nice. 1 thing I didn’t like was we drove from Ohio and arrived at 1130am and check in wasn’t until 3. They wouldn’t let us sit by the pool till check in. The registration staff was nasty about it too !
