Bien situé au pied des cols, un joli hôtel. La suite junior est assez spacieuse, à la décoration simple; bonne literie. Le spa est assez minimaliste, mais agréable en fin de journée. L’hôtel propose un restaurant qui est plutôt bien, sans atteindre le niveau « gastronomique », à notre avis.

Das Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Unser Zimmer gross und Preiswert. Ein wunderbares Restaurant, Schwimmbad. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant ist für "Geschmacksmenschen" eine Freude. Zartes Fleisch mit Saucen vom feinsten. Sowohl Zürcher Geschnetzeltes oder Stroganoff machen Freude. Rösti Hell und knusprig Auch der Fisch hat sehr gefallen. Schöne Weinkarte wir haben uns auf die Walliser Weine beschränkt die grosse Freude machten. Der Service professionell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können Hotel und Restaurant sehr empfehlen. Curt Weisser

Nach 2 Jahren sind die exzellenten und professionellen Gastgeber Phlipp und Regula Lagger im Juni 24 wieder zurück. Als externe Gäste im Restaurant wurden wir wieder herzlich empfangen. Das Dinner mit den raffiniert abgestimmten Geschmacksvarianten war excellent. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und freundlich. Gratulation den tollen Gastgebern und dem aufgestellten Team! Besuchen Sie diese Lokalität - es lohnt sich.

Vlotte en vriendelijke verwelkoming aan het onthaal. Uitstekende bediening in het restaurant. Goede kwaliteit van eten. Ruim en verzorgd ontbijtbuffet. Goede kwaliteit prijs verhouding. Wij komen graag terug.

We had been there before, often, a few years ago, but things have definitely changed for the better with the arrival of the new managers: Mark and Tobias Winkelmann. Mark seems to be everywhere, seamlessly running the place, providing a warm welcome and the necessary personal attention to all guests. Tobias is the Chef, orchestrating the friendly and efficient Restaurant staff and producing what are undoubtedly the tastiest dishes in the Gomsertal! Both Mark and Tobias have added a welcome touch of sophistication and sparkle (as well as the benefit of their considerable prior experience in five-star establishments) to the Hubertus. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the views are beautiful and the location (especially for X-country skiing) is perfect. We shall definitely return and already look forward to our next stay.

Highly recommend Hotel Hubertus. We stayed here for one night on our recent cycling trip. The service we received was top notch, the overall facility was clean and the food was excellent. My only negative is that we realized there was a hot tub/pool/spa facilities too late. To spend an hour in that part of the hotel after a day of biking all Grimsel and Furka pass would have been the icing on the cake!

Nachdem die bisherigen Geranten gewechselt hatten, wollten wir unbedingt die Küche ausprobieren. Und wir waren begeistert! Zuvorkommender Service, eine hervorragende Menükarte und Gerichte vom Feinsten. Die Portionen sind reichlich. Es empfiehlt sich, je nach Wahl, sich auf 2 Gänge zu konzentrieren. Denn, aufessen wird man mit Bestimmtheit - geeignete Digestives stehen natürlich notfalls zur Auswahl! :-)
