Ginzanso hotel service is superb. It starts from the time the car arrived at the parking area. There was already a car with driver waiting for us to load our luggages and drive us 200m to the hotel entrance. The hotel lobby is spacious. The moment we entered, timing for our dinner and breakfast were decided and noted on the memo to us. I love the size of the room. It is spacious with a view of the forest and a little stream. The hotel is generous in providing some snacks which helps to decide on the local food to buy at their shop. It is just wasted that some works are going on and we could not see the view in the open onsen. However, the onsen is very comfortable as the temperature is not too hot. Soaking in the open is just nice.
