瓦哈卡 萬豪城市快捷飯店

This was a very bad experience. Hotel is located some 15 min walk from the center. The rooms are basic and had broken sink and stained walls. Breakfast was very limited and below average quality. The hotel gets a daily drop of massive amounts of tourists and airline staff and is very loud. I had a particular issue with the manager Viriana. On second day they locked me out of the room when I went out for breakfast and claimed that the (reputable) online agent through which I booked did not pay for the booking, that is one day after they checked me in and everything was fine. The staff wanted me to pay again for the booking and to scam the money out of me. They were showing a cancellation email from a different booking and even though I showed them that the booking I have confirmed is different to what they were showing me they did not want to listen. After about 15 min of arguing I refused to pay and demanded to go into my room leaving my luggage as guarantee. Miraculously after 5 min the junior receptionist came to my room saying that the agent had paid and no further apologies or explanations were given. This caused me so much stress. When I went back to the reception and asked to speak to the manager to complain regarding this treatment, Viriana at the reception laughed in my face saying she was the manager and that complaint will be useless. I then requested from a different staff member to speak to a more senior manager and they took my details and said that they would call me back but they never did. The service and staff are very disappointing and this is not acceptable for a Marriott hotel. I will be escalating this further.

這是一家典型的城市快捷飯店，設施沒什麼特別之處。最好把它想像成一家日本的商務旅館。 （房間很寬敞。）大廳提供咖啡，而且包含早餐，所以對於那些喜歡這些設施的人來說，這可能是個不錯的選擇。免費停車是我決定入住的決定性因素。飯店距離市中心步行即可到達。飯店位於一條通往各個村莊的主要道路上，因此對於租車出行的人來說尤其合適。

Todo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

La habitación estaba bien solo que siempre faltaba toallas a pesar del registro de personas . Un buen anfitrión el señor Enrique mis felicitaciones es un buen recepcionista eso que ni es su trabajo y la señora del comedor excelente los dos ya el que en la recepción brillan por su ausencia te reciben con mala cara la verdad un poco de capacitación para ese lugar de recepción su actitud da de que hablar y eso que son jóvenes deberían de estár al 100 y actitud de servicio los que nos tocaron de día tarde y noche

Lugar cómodo para descansar Aunque el hotel está en una avenida principal, es tranquilo, se puede descansar con comodidad y sin ruido exterior. Puedes llegar al centro caminando, unos 10 minutos. El espacio está limpio, la habitación (aunque pequeña) es cómoda. El servicio de desayuno, aunque no es tan variado, es adecuado, el espacio está limpio, los alimentos bien preparados y siempre había una persona limpiando el área.

Buena ubicación, limpieza y servicio ok. El mobiliario es muy sencillo, pero suficiente para plan negocios. Buen internet, baño funcional. Recomendaría revisar tarifas para ser más competitivos en un lugar donde hay mucha oferta de hsopedaje.

Pésimo hotel Presente varias quejas: Las instalaciones no coinciden con las fotos de internet; nadie te ayuda con el equipaje; no hay servicio al cuarto; ponen pretextos para no limpiar la habitación y cuando reclamas te dejan en claro que el personal de limpieza merece mas consideraciones que el cliente. No conocen de hospitalidad.
