The space 3 bedrooms 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 fully equipped bathroom with tub/shower, soap, shampoo/ conditioner, towels etc. outside deck and fenced yard. desk/work space. wifi, dedicated carport & driveway. 7 minutes from airport, less than 10 minutes from Mall, Walmart etc.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Worked for the purpose of what we needed We were in town for a wedding that was 5 minutes down the road. This worked for that purpose because we were not at the house much. I would probably not stay here if I was vacationing.I will say, the host was great with communication from time of booking to checkout and the check in was easy with the door access pad.

Feels like home This home was like an home away from home and a good place to stay while attending an event in Johnson City. The host even left some drinks and snacks which was thoughtful.

Comfortable home for a family with kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. It was in a good location the easy access to a main road to get you where you needed to go. The beds were comfortable to sleep in as well.

Quick trip We didn’t get to spend much time at the house as we were there for a short time. It was conveniently located and had everything we needed. The house was very homey and they had a lot of nice extras. Checking in was easy. Thank you!

Comfy cozy Whole house was very clean and cozy, and host responded promptly to messages. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with necessities, beds were comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good. Be aware that it is just off a highway, so expect road noise well into the night - mostly not bothersome, but there were a few loud cars and motorcycles. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit our son at ETSU.
