Check In war fast unmöglich, da wir die angekündigte E-Mail nicht erhalten haben. Eine persönliche telefonische Erreichbarkeit war nicht gegeben (nur AB). Check-In erfolgte nur mit Hilfe von Einheimischen, die sich für uns gekümmert haben (u.a. weitere Telefonnummer). Das ganze dauerte eine ganze Stunde. Auch das an der Anmeldung angegebenen WiFi-Netzwerk war nicht verfügbar (im Zimmer lagen dann neue Daten). Auch die Beschreibung der Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Im Text ist eine Küche angegebenen. Doch wir haben, wie in Hotels üblich, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank. Zur Kaffeemaschine gibt es noch die üblichen Pappbecher. Wenn kein Frühstück möglich ist, erwarte ich bei "Küche" Geschirr und Besteck, sowie eine Sitzmöglichkeit mit Tisch. Desweitern ist auch die Inneneinrichtung nicht intakt: Im Bad ist die Handtuchstange defekt / nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Licht im Raum ist eine Nachttischlampe, was vollkommen unzureichend ist. Der Raum ist extrem klein und für fast 160€/ Nacht nicht zu empfehlen. Bisher unsere Enttäuschung in den USA.

Very nice and helpful staff. Unfortunately broken light (hence very dark on the room), blocked drain in the sink and water not leaving the bathtub. We reported everything, but only the drain I. The sink could be repaired. This room quality is not worth the prize.

Able to accommodate a late check-in. The convenience of easy access was greatly appreciated and the quick andveasy checkout

The property was clean and comfortable but very plain I’m 73 years old. There’s no chair to sit on that kind of surprise me and the towel rack look like it was torn down in the bathroom and never replaced so we had no place to put the towels and then there was we our apartment our room was right next to the utility room so all I heard was humming all night long in the walls so I don’t know what was going on there.

TV don’t work, and didn’t receive requested help. Bed was pretty hard. The room was clean though.

Management was accessible and accommodating. They were also pleasant and willing to do whatever it took to make our stay comfortable.
