We spent three weeks touring Sri Lanka and rate the experience at Bellwood manor as outstanding. The warmth and attention of staff from The moment we arrived was second to none. Complementary shoulder massages on arrival Luxurious spacious and beautifully appointed rooms. Biggest surprise was the magnificent food prepared by chef Royce and restaurant service by Janaka. This place is seriously good and the billiard room with its traditional connections to colonial days was good fun. Cannot recommend it more highly. Hope to get back there one day

We were blown away by the warm welcome, attentive service and elegant surrounds. Our special thanks to Chef Roy for the most outstanding cuisine we experienced in our time in Sri Lanka. To Thanks also to Janaka who headed up a waitstaff that were second to none. Highly recommend if you are looking for relaxed luxury in a warm, welcoming environment.

Truly luxurious accommodation that will delight you. We had a wonderful stay here and would always love to return. Lovely staff who always helped us with anything we needed. The facilities are perfect and the the hotel is in a really good location. The restaurant had some of the best food we have ever had. Totally recommend and thank you for building something so perfect.

Amazing, exceptional, and very well thought out - That’s how we would describe our stay here. We came for one night and ended up staying four. While one has been to many (arguably) more scenic locations, however staying at this hotel has been the best experience ever. From the moment we got to the property, we were pampered thoroughly, be it the food or offering to take us to the attractions or arranging the specific vehicle we wanted, or even the smallest details in terms of how the room should be kept, table arrangements etc. Must say that Dushyanta (the GM) has put in a lot of efforts in finding the best team possible and the results are there to be seen – every person on the staff here is willing to go over and beyond their job, wanting to make sure the guests are comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Royce, the pastry chef and their entire team for serving sumptuous 6 course meals, catering to all our dietary constraints - each item served was just plain delicious; to Janaka, Chandu and others for taking care of us and to Amanda for figuring out our travel related details. We will surely be back next time we are in Sri Lanka.

We had our engagement at The Bellwood Manor in Nuwara Eliya, and it was their first one ever. We picked this place because it's modern, comfy, and has everything you need. The service was fantastic, and they even offered us extra stuff with a smile. The place is great, with perfect rooms and lots of services. The food was amazing too. You should definitely give this place a try. They really work hard to keep everything top-notch.

Bellwood Manor provided an exceptional experience for our engagement! The ambiance was superb, and the delicious food made our celebration truly memorable. 1월말 방문. 모기 없음. 지금까지 사용한 객실중 가장 럭셔리함. 고전적인 가구들로 배치했으나 시설은 현대적. 숙박비는 비싼편이나 all inclusive로 다양한 식사와 간식을 수시로 제공함. 저녁은 코스요리 제공. 직원들 모두 친절함. 호텔 바로 뒤에 차밭이 있고, 근처 그레고리호수도 산책할만함. 사람들이 모두 친절.

My thoughts on our stay at Bellwood Manor: 1. The staff: From the moment you walk in, they greet you with smiles and positive energy. They ensure your needs are their highest priority. 2. The rooms: We stayed in the junior suite and the super deluxe room. They were spacious and adorned with chandelier lamps and ceiling lights. The fittings in the bathrooms and every piece of furniture were of royal quality. They even had a phone with the classic rotary dial, which you can use to ring up the reception! 3. The food: During check-in, you get to converse with the chef, who will take down your dietary requirements and choices for dinner. And we were treated with a brilliant six-course dinner on night 1 and traditional rice and curry on night 2. Everything we had were delicious. 4. The amenities: a bar managed by one of the friendliest bartenders we've ever met, a 24/7 butler at your beck and call, spa, sauna, jazucci, a bonfire which can be setup on request, game room with snooker table and a peaceful library. 5. The location: The manor is conveniently located close to major tourist spots. But at the same time, it feels like it's hidden away in its own corner, which we absolutely loved. It has a large and beautifully maintained garden surrounding the building and gives you a feel of being in your own private vacation home. Conclusion We were a family of 8 and had booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Fortunately for us, we were the only guests at the time and this worked out well in our favour because we had the manor all to ourselves and felt like all our needs were taken care of. We explored several parts of Nuwara Eliya across those 2 days and enjoyed its beauty, but we have to admit...the Bellwood Manor was the best of it all. Admittedly, the prices are steep but you truly get your money's worth here. A hotel is usually a place to rest for tourisits after a long day of exploring. The Bellwood Manor however wasn't just a hotel. It was way more. It was a dream.

First I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to all the Staff at The Bellwood Manor. In deed well experienced staff with a sense of art of the Hospitality. The hotel offers top-notch service & their food is top-notch. The Hotel maintain a high reputation & the Interior is unmatchable. Highly recommended!
