The customer service here is amazing! The staff did everything they could to make our stay special. We had a complimentary high tea with the best view. The dinner and breakfast were included and we had a special meal. They even made us an anniversary cake. We also had a room upgrade. Very special experience.

Amazing stay at The Lavender House by Reveal. Even before we arrived, the team was warm and accommodating, ensuring we had the best experience during our stay. From the gorgeous location amongst the tea plantation to the comfortable amd clean room and finally awesome food by the chef, everything was perfect. Only regret was probably not staying more nights! 🤭

We had an amazing stay – truly a little piece of paradise on earth! Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly attentive and respectful, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Saman for his exceptional care and support. We would absolutely recommend this place and can’t wait to return at the first opportunity

Wow! We stayed at Lavender House to get a chance to experience Sri Lanka’s tea country and had a magical stay. Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff like the Manager Saman and our butlers Gagana and Viduna, to our luxurious and spotlessly clean room to the food by chef Samparth (the high tea, Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast were all delicious and some of our best food so far). The view looking out over the tea fields from the pool and lawn area is postcard perfect and so relaxing. I’m so glad we found this gem and I’m only sad that we weren’t able to stay longer!

The bungalow location is beautiful, with views across to the teahills. Whilst immaculate, the modern refurb of the interior has removed most of the colonial/historic charm from the building. At the time of our visit we were the only guests at the property, and we were given an upgrade into the Lavender suite. The room was lovely - extremely spacious with a great view across the gardens. Our bathroom had a slipper bath his and hers sinks. We were given a personal butler with the suite. We couldn’t fault the service but the staff (including our personal butler) were extremely over-attentive - even to the point that the minute I stepped out of the pool having been observed swimming, one ran forward with my towel. Nothing we said would dissuade them from watching our every move just in case we wanted something. This might please some people, but it was a bit too much for us. The food was exceptional here - and we commended the chef. Beautrifully presented, fresh and tasty. Breakfast was served by the pool with the tea hill view was lovely. We had a novel experience one evening, cooking our own dinner on hot lava stones. We had a personal chef each and an audience of 3 staff to introduce us to this lovely concept even though it was easy to grasp. Would recommend this place, both for the location and quality of food and clean and comfortable accommodation.

We had a lovely stay. The food was great, the property and views stunning and staff extremely hospitable. We travelled with our twin toddlers and the staff made our stay extremely relaxing, as they prepared special food for the kids. Highly recommend this place to all parents with toddlers. Saman the manager oversaw every detail whilst both Chef Shantha and chef Denuru catered to our many food requests. The butler Thisara was also extremely helpful. We hope to be back again soon.
