紐恩伯格特里特飯店(Hotel Garni Nuernberger Trichter)

Hier wird man zur Nürnberger Spielwarenmesse nur Abgezockt und der Chef gibt es auch noch zu. Dir Nacht kostet über 300€ und Hotel ist nicht einmal 30€ wert. Es gibt über 20 Zimmer und nur 5 Parkplätze, also wer zu spät hat verloren. Wenn man einchecken will, wird man Chef einmal unfreundlich begrüßt, sozusagen was willst du eigentlich hier. Das gesamte Hotel ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand und hier wurde ca. 20 Jahre nichts renoviert oder repariert. Zusätzlich läuft vor denn Zimmer eine Katze herum, die am liebsten in jedes Zimmer rein möchte. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und nicht sauber, und an meinen Fensterrolle war alles voll mit Schimmel. Im Bad ist das Licht defekt, deswegen wurde hier einfach eine Nachttischlampe reingestellt. Ich bin seid über 12 Jahren im Außendienst, aber so ein Horrorhotel habe ich noch nie gesehen.

une nuit étape dans un voyage plus long arrivé le parking est plein il faut se garer dans la rue peu d'indication du veilleur de nuit, en fait des places pas loin soit dans la grand rue, soit dans des rues tranquilles à proximité en faisant attention aux panneaux nous avions une chambre au sous-sol, refaite récemment, propre mais déjà abimé par de l'eau nous avons eu l'impression que tout l'hôtel a pris sa douche dans notre chambre ! occultation de la vitre unique juste par un rideau pas opaque une grand armoire électrique dans la chambre laissait passer un grésillement incessant rien de très grave mais au final une note moyenne un bon point au petit-déjeuner copieux et varié à prix très correct

Le volet ne fonctionnait pas. Impossible d avoir du noir dans la chambre. Literie trop souple. Bruyant dans les couloirs.

Vi fik et kælder værelse i en gammel sauna. Ikke ligemeget der var bestilt og en 140 Max bred seng til to voksne. Der var meget varmt på værelset . Morgen maden var ikke ret god.

Okay.. where to start..First of all nobody bothered to check and reply to the message I sent over booking. First red flag that we completely ignored. We came to the hotel on the 01.07.2022. first thing we asked the female receptionists was when do we have to check out since on booking it says check-out from 00:00. We were told ( and we also requested this over booking, 17h check out time) that we can check-out any time, we also specifically asked her is it okay if we check out at 17h the next day, she said "yes, no problem". Fast forward to the next day, my gf and I were in Nurnberg city center when I started to receive a phone call (multiple times) after I contacted the number it was the hotel reception. On the phone was a different receptionist than from the day before ( male, with hearing aid). I tried communicating with the man but he doesn't speak English at all, the little that he does speak can't be called "speaking English" At around 13h we came back to the hotel to talk with the receptionist since we couldn't understand what he was saying. I tried to explain that the receptionist from the day before told us that we can check-out at 17h. He just kept nodding his head, I told him that if it was a problem we can check out right away (5-10min until we pack our things). I thought he understood what i was saying, but obviously he didn't since in the next 3min i started to receive threatening whatsapp messages(google translated to croatian) and also after that SMS message of the same type. The message stated that we are obligated to check out until 11:30( which doesn't say anywhere on booking listing) And that he will call the police and that we will have to pay for the accomodation of the next guests?! So in short, terrible experience on our vacation. Room was also not entirely clean( the desk had some strange sticky substance)

Das Hotel hat viele positive Eigenschaften. Das Zimmer hat fantastisches Bettzeug und die Toilette ist sehr sauber! Die Handtücher sind ein wenig veraltet. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr üppig, genau das, was die Bilder zeigen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden im Hotel einige Arbeiten durchgeführt. Im Eingangsbereich waren Plastikplanen ausgelegt und ein großer Staubsauger stand dort. Das einzige, was vielleicht nicht so toll war, war das Schließen der Türen, das man im ganzen Hotel hören konnte. Das Hotel ist gut besucht.

Staff very rude. Could not find our reservation and did not have the kind of room we booked awailable. In our room we could smell cigarette smoke from hallway. Room very noisy from traffic and hallway traffic. Breakfast staff not vearing facemask even thou it is required. Breakfast overall lousy.

Pretty basic. Lot’s of traffic on the road. Strange smell in hallways. Cheap.
