Fint hotell! Barnvänligt med en lekyta med leksaker i lobbyn, en pool och en rutschkana utomhus. Rum med dubbelsäng + bäddsoffa. Perfekt för 2 vuxna & 2 barn.

Bel emplacement , petit déjeuner complet….et propre. Et n’oublions la literie qui est très confortable.

Nice hotel, convenient location close to the train station and old town. Trams and bus nearby. Large room and very nice bathroom, big shower and good water pressure. Small fridge and safe in the room, also available are a kettle, instant coffee and tea bags. Only negative about this place is their wifi. Very slow and kicks you out all the time. Also you can only connect 3 devices to your room number.

Pessima esperienza, non ammetterò più piede in questo hotel e lo sconsiglio vivamente. Ho soggiornato da sola in questo hotel per lavoro, la prima sera ero molto stanca e ho chiesto di mangiare in hotel, ho ordinato un antipasto e della carne, quest’ultima, è arrivata che puzzava e in bocca aveva un sapore sgradevole e l’ho rimandata indietro al primo boccone, il responsabile, mi ha detto che me la segnava in camera perchè lui non poteva togliermela dal conto, ma che lì domani l’avrebbe fatta togliere, cosa non vera, mi hanno fatto pagare lo stesso, un piatto che non era buono e in più sono dovuta anche uscire a mangiare perché non mi sono state proposte alternative. La sera dopo rientro da lavoro alle 24.30 e vengo accolta dal guardiano notturno, che mi strappa la tessera della camera dalle mani e per più di mezz’ora non mi fa salire dicendomi che quella tessera non era buona, io ero molto spaventata, dopo aver visto la mia agitazione e che avevo preso in mano il cellulare per chiamare qualcuno, mi ha finalmente ridato la tessera, la mattina faccio presente anche questa situazione, ma sembra che sia una cosa normale e nessuno ha preso provvedimenti.

Struttura nello standard Novotel, con buona qualità e prezzo ragionevole. Collegamento con il centro cittadino tramite metropolitana con stazione a 5 minuti a piedi. Personale accogliente e professionale, camere e letti confortevoli. Colazione ricca ma piuttosto cara. Buona rete wi-fi. Disponibile parcheggio a pagamento

This is not really high standard or anything very special however when you need a place to stay in transit then it is close to the highway, good enough standard and value for money. We have stayed there before and most likely we will stay there again

The worst experience I have ever had. We arrived late in the evening and the reception was very rude and unprofessional, even though we were with our small baby. The rooms are very tiny and not comfortable for the price. Besides our room was not prepared as expected (see attached pictures). The breakfast doesn't deserve the price either. The most important thing is that just one person was working at the hotel and no one else was able to respond to our questions, claims or requests.

Fine hotel for a overnight sleep, the reception was very helpful, I can recommend a short drive to Nürnberg city, eat street food, enjoy the old town atmosphere, unfortunately we had to pay 11 euros for parking, even though the parking lot was full when we came back from the visit in the old town, we had to park outside the parking lots🤔 The pool is small, good for small children. Internet Wi-Fi was very good.

This is the best place when you go to the messe, it is a walking distance. The checking in was so smooth thanks for Mrs. Mia, as well as the check out thanks for Mrs. Wojas. We have enjoyed our stay and the dinner, don’t miss it the kitchen team are wonderful and very welcoming .
