欣克利島萊昂納多飯店和會議中心(Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Hinckley Island)

Definitely would go again if and only if it is free of charge! Couldn’t order room service as you couldn’t give a phone call to do so! Down to the its restaurant to have dinner but had been waiting for over an hour (the restaurant manager offered complement drinks as apology!). What a big hotel with several hundred of rooms but have a small swimming pool and jacuzzi so you could only enjoy less than an hour per day (which hasn’t been mentioned when you booked it!). Poor WiFi connection in guest room. Weekend staff seemed to be part time who wouldn’t care what you want! We stayed 3 days 2 nights and only 1 gentleman staff on Monday morning provided excellent service to each guest!

Where do I start!! well it didn’t start well. Arrived at 3 to checkin but the room wasn’t ready. Told to go and wait in the bar then had to buy a coffee Could have gave us a voucher. Eventually the room was ready at 4. An hour late!!! The room was ok. Arrived for a full English breakfast at 9.30 well it was chaos. We were stopped going in and instructed to go back to the Triumph Bar yet again. To put in mildly the breakfast was absolutely awful. Every thing was stone cold, there were no eggs so waiting again ! the coffee was out of a pump and in a paper cup. Terrible, at least one thing you could provide is a nice proper cup of coffee if nothing else. Will not be going back

L'accueil a été charmant. Le hall de l'hôtel est très beau. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux il y a un trés grand choix. La proximité avec les grands axes est pratique. La piscine est top car nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans avaient pied partout c'est sécurisant. Les petits moins, le rideaux de la chambre sont vieux et sales. Il manque des chaines étrangères aucune chaîne française. Il manque de gel douche, savon et serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes c'était un peu juste. Proposer une serviette à la piscine serait sympa. Séjour agréable néanmoins.
