A comfortable large room with adequate facilities!Glad the aircon was working as it was such a hot weekend!
TV was old and pixated a lot.Shower with bath a bit precarious for older guests as there was no rail to hold on to.

A pleasant motel room. Nice bathroom. To be called an apartment I would have thought it would have had a kitchenette with a sink. Other items provided were microwave, toaster etc., which were fine.

Unit was very clean, Quite close to Restaurant and Hotel,
Coffee Sachets in rooms need to be upgraded, very small issue but would give 10 out of 10 in all other areas

My husband and I usually stay here. We love it. However this time around our room's standard wasn't up to the standard the Potters Apartments normally is. Our room wasn't slightly as clean ie there was an empty can and ashtray in the outdoor seats and the bed sheets had dark grey ball fluffs. The cold water in the shower also wasn't working.
We were only staying for a couple of nights as we were on a road trip back to Sydney so we didn't bother asking for another room. We had already settled in and we just wanted to switch off and relax.

Room service never made the bed. Bed was left undone. There was stains and a oily substains on the bedside table. I was not cleaned to standards. Second, the bathroom window was not covered with a curtain. People from outside can see inside. The hazy bathroom windows provided no privacy.

My friend and I were very impressed with this accommodation . Clean and tidy , helpful staff and great area . Next time we visit the Hunter Valley we will definitely book in again . Lynn .

nice and quiet but there was a sewage smell in the bathroom which was unfortunate,
Also the food in the restaurant was not great.
