La pulizia e la tranquillità sono le caratteristiche principali di questa struttura gestita in maniera ottimale dal personale molto cordiale, sempre attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di ombrellone e asciugamani per la spiaggia. Ampio parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. L’unica critica riguarda la qualità delle pentole, poche e tutte graffiate.

Nous devions y séjourner ce soir et demain avec ma belle mère et mon mari qui fêtait son anniversaire . Malheureusement ma belle mère a eu un grave accident hier et se retrouve à l’hôpital à 2 heures de l’hôtel . La réservation était non remboursable, même au vu de la situation l’hôtel n’a pas voulu transiger et ne veut pas rembourser, il nous propose de revenir plus tard …500 euros représentaient quelques économies , et le non remboursement qui s’additionne aux frais est juste aberrant vu la difficulté de la situation. Aucune compassion, le profit avant tout ! très décevant ..

The worst hospitality service ever. The check-out is at 10 o clock (even in their description is written 11), and at 10.04 minutes someone from the reception came knocking at the door because we were 4 late with check-out! We were putting our shoes to leave the room when the reception woman felt necessary to come and knok at the door at 10.04 minutes. Shame on you Sapphire blue suites for making your costumers feeling they are so not welcome. Please look on cameras and see how your reception employee is acting. You must know that in hospitality is about hospitality.

We spent an unforgettable week in this hotel in June and had a wonderful experience. The place is new, very clean, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The real highlight is the breakfast: rich and varied, with both sweet and savory options. On request, they also offer gluten-free choices, with great attention to all dietary needs and food intolerances. Very nice also the swimming pool. The staff is extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to meet every request with a smile. Absolutely recommended!
