梅斯特拉爾飯店

Prima volta in Croazia e abbiamo scelto questa struttura importante a 4 stelle e devo dire che essendo in una posizione un po' fuori dal centro e vicino al mare gode di una tranquillità importante sebbene il numero di ospiti sia considerevole soprattutto in Agosto. Molto pulita, camere spaziose e ben arredate, varietà a colazione e buffet incomparabili, piscine soprattutto a sfioro sul mare meravigliosa, animazione, servizio bar ecc.. da alto livello....niente da dire .... Forse il fatto che comunque l'accesso al mare ecc... Sia aperto anche a ospiti esterni toglie un po' di esclusività alla struttura come il pagamento degli ombrelloni e degli sdrai al punto mare mi sembra brutto considerando che la quota per persona non è bassa... Piuttosto mettimi una consumazione obbligatoria... Così come il parcheggio a € 3.00 al giorno....mettimelo nella quota e basta.... comunque ci tornerei e lo consiglio vivamente soprattutto con bambini.... ottima esperienza

Gut sanierte Zimmer! Alles sauber und gepflegt! Preis/Leistung sehr gut! Buffet Frühstück und Abendessen gute Auswahl und sortiert! Freundliche Mitarbeiter und sauber gedresst! Gute Empfehlung in der Vor-und Nachsaison! Großzügiges Gelände zum relaxen! In Summe alles SEHR GUT! DANKE!

Siamo stati in agosto.L'hotel ha molti servizi, le camere sono comode e pulite, personale gentile, la colazione varia e abbondante, il ristorante discreto , a buffet e internazionale, ma molte cose precotte , esempio salmone alla piastra secco , piatti di pasta stracotta , antipasti fatti con avanzi del giorno prima, si capiva che non c'erano cuochi italiani .

Struttura dall'ottico potenziale, la settimana di ferragosto era full, lettini inaccessibili in piscina perché le persone alle 7.30 di mattina mettevano gli asciugamani per occuparli, e ombrelloni e lettini in spiaggia dell'hotel a pagamento. Qualità del cibo a buffet pessimo. C'era di tutto ma niente di decente. Piscina a sfioro sul mare di acqua salata sporchissima, non si vedevano neanche i piedi. Camera con aria condizionata malfunzionante, segnalata più volte ma mai sistemata. L'unica area decente potenzialmente è la spa/wellness, peccato che famiglie maleducate con bambini urlanti giocavano a palla in piscina, tuffandosi nell'idromassaggio e disturbando continuamente. Segnalato ma nessuno si è mai interessato. Rapporto qualità prezzo folle considerando il costo a notte di 300 euro!! Settimana pessima!

We currently staying in Aminess Maestral and we are not happy at all. I don't even know where to start. Sunbeds by the pools are always occupied, you have to come to occupy them already at 8am, otherwise you have no chance of getting them. It doesn't say anywhere that it's a public place, so it's incredibly busy. Sunbeds are occupied by people who are not even staying at the hotel. So basically you can rent a cheap Airbnb in the city and come to use the hotel's services. People camp on the grass here with their own food !!! And it is extremely noisy here. The toilets at the infinity pool are so dirty, that we have to go to the hotel to use the toilet, which is also not ideal. As hotel guests, we have no privacy here, only in the room, which is also terribly small. Breakfast or dinner, always many people in the dining room waiting in line,food is mostly cold. Yes, there is a lot to choose from, but it's always the same. The whole week I see the same food! The manager is super kind and tries to help with everything - especially with sunbeds, but with such a number of people, it is simply not possible. The gym starts at 8am! So by the time I am done, I have barely time for breakfast. We are here with our children and parents and we were really looking forward to this holiday together, but instead we are in a bad mood and disappointed with everything. We are supposed to be here for another 8 days, but we are thinking about leaving sooner, which has never happened to us anywhere.

Leider nicht das, was wir uns erhofft hatten. Das Essen war nich gut und es gab fast immer dasselbe. Für alles muss man extra bezahlen, Parkplatz, Liegen am Stand, Sonnenschirm. 0.75 l Wasser kosten stolze 4,90 Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war super nett. Der Infinity Pool leider durch die vielen Gäste, total überfüllt. Die Kinder duften erst ab 10 Jahre den Spielbereich benützen (Tischtennis, Billard, Tischfußball. Ebenso der Fitnessraum ab 16 Jahre. Wir werden nicht mehr kommen...
