I stayed at this hotel during The Exit Festival. Despite being very busy, the hotel was quiet and comfortable. The staff were polite and friendly, and the breakfast were tasty. Overall, I am grateful for the experience. If I ever visit Novi Sad again, I would definitely choose this accommodation.

The good: the bed was comfortable; breakfast was fine; the building itself is beautiful. I very much appreciated the terrific assistance from Aleksandra V. at reception. She was wonderful with answering all my email. But everything was undone by the horrendous internet. It is critical to my work and was totally non-functioning the entire 3 days i was there. It disastrously cut me off from an international video call and stayed down for an hour. When it was up, it was so weak that I couldn’t send videos or open attachments. I stay in hotels 300 nights a year. This hotel was the worst internet I have encountered, and it ruined my stay.

Excellent hotel with unique decor and ferniture Just a short walk from the old Town center. The personel was extremly attentive and helpfull, from receptionist, waiters to the meni who helped me to park in a hotel yard. Yes they privide free parking. The room was spacious, quiet , bed comfortable, temperature perfect. Theres TV, free wi-fi, good buffet breakfast with some traditional food. There are enough rooms for groups.

It probably depends from room to room. But the room 109 reeked of sewage. Therefore i have moved to room 004 which the window could not be opened. You can imagine there was no way to get a fresh air. In bathroom the showerdoor could not be closed therefore after showering water leaked in the floor. I wouldn’t complain if this hotel wouldn’t declare itself as 4-star hotel.
