Bon hôtel, très bien placé. Personnel agréable

City centre location, clean room. The furniture is modern.

This hotel is a bad joke. This hotel is at the level of a one star or slightly better hostel. Let me start in order. The reception is located on the first floor of an office building and is closed behind the hallway door when you get out of the elevator. Otherwise, on the ground floor there is a large lobby with a reception desk and a girl who was sleeping out of boredom in a chair when we entered, thinking that it was the hotel reception. We had to wake her up to explain where the hotel was. I will mention that we arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM. At check-in the girl on the reception needed to charge the full amount before we even got the room keys. She said it was for "security reasons", I later found out why she did it. When we finally went to the room we were shocked. The room had no windows! In fact, it had a small opening at the top of the wall just below the ceiling (see picture) hidden with long curtains. Of course I immediately complained about the room which is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel as they present themselves. The girl at the reception was kind, she kept smiling at all my frustrated comments, which caused even more dissatisfaction because she made fun of my situation. She said that there were no other rooms available because the hotel was full. When I asked for a refund so that I could go to another hotel, she said that the hotel policy is to refund money up to 48 hours before arrival. Now I understand why she charged the entire stay immediately.

Diese Hotel ist eine gute Wahl für einen Besuch der Stadt. Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar. Leider an der Hauptstrße gelegen. Die guten, großen Zimmer gibt es leider nur zur Straße. Nach hinten raus (ruhiger) gibt es nur die kleinen Zimmer. Die Straße ist schon recht laut. Dafür ist der Rest recht professionell: Zimmer sauber - Service super. Das Restaurant unten ist auch gut, sowohl zum Abendessen, als auch für ein alternatives Frühstück. Allerdings it das Frühstück auch ncht schlecht. Ja, 15 Kracher sind schon ordentlich, aber wenn man gerne lange ißt .... Parkgarage ist vorhanden - kostet natürlich. Ich würde wieder hier einchecken.

Clean and modern - this is in the perfect location....I saw a lot of reviews saying it is noisy - I was there for three nights and never found it to be noisy at all. The room was great - the staff were helpful - the location was perfect. It did not disappoint and met or exceeded my expectations continuously.
