帕克飯店(Hotel Park)

Очень грязный номер, пыльные шторы, грязный ковролин, покрывала и сама кровать тоже требуют химчистки! В ванной пахло сигаретами, видимо кто-то курил в соседнем номере. Завтрак так себе: с голоду не умрете, но невкусно! В спа-центр не ходили, зашли посмотрели на бассейн, который ужасно вонял хлоркой и вышли. На фотографиях бассейн кажется в 2 раза больше, чем настоящий :)) Зато есть большая бесплатная парковка, если Вы на машине, то это очень удобно. Именно поэтому и забронировали. Месторасположение в парке, до центра идти минут 15 быстрым шагом.

As serbian hotels go this was OK, but not anything special. If this was hotel in the UK I would give it 2-3 stars compared to the 4 it is listed as. It advertises a pool and gym but what wasn't clear is there is a 900 dinar charge to use them per day (approx £7 at time of writing). The WiFi is patchy and it gets worse the higher up the building you are, by the time you get to the third floor is is practically un-usable. The curtains in the room don't cover the windows so it is not possible to block the lights from the carpark, or the sun; not great when you need to sleep. The shower heads in every room appear to have been installed for short people. I am 176cm tall and cannot wash my face or hair without removing the shower head, or sitting in the very short bath tub. Looks like it was grand when it was built but could do with some attention, and modernisation. Nice location, and good terrace for having breakfast on. Close to a park, and within 20mins walk from city centre.

Rooms are clean and contain mini fridge, safe and tv. (No air conditioner in my room) Staff is professional and nice. Great choice for breakfast. 4 star hotel for Serbian standards, 3 star hotel for EU standards. Smooking indoors, but only in the reception hall.

We spent 2 nights there (Friday & Saturday). The hotel itself is clean, the staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The furniture and the whole building needs a bit of refurbishment. WIFI works well, you need a code for the lobby area, but not in the room. The rooms are okay, however I could smell in my room if someone else smoked in the neighbouring rooms. There is a party place either in the hotel or very close nearby, the music is on until midnight and it is really loud, like you űare in the middle of the party, even if you close the windows.

They are giving only 1 key per room. In the room we had no soap, shower gel, shampoo, only 2 towels, one was with the stain. There is no central air con in the hotel, but the regular one in rooms (which became yellow), in the hallways there is 40°C. In the hotel SPA&WELLNESS you must pay immediately the drink (cannot be charged on the room), they dont give a glass for coca cola, pool water has strange colour and smell, jacuzzi is not working. In the room there is no phone extension numbers for reception, room service... There were many other things, however, this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Should be 2 star hotel.

In my almost 40 years I have stayed in thousands of hotels and hostels in 47 countries and this hotel was the WORST of all. I booked 2 nights but I left after the first night, the next morning and went to a different one, closer to city center (this one is far). This is not a 5 star hotel. The problems started with the long check-in, with the very lazy and arrogant receptionist, who refused to wear a mask (we are in the middle of the covid pandemic - April 2021). He complained because I refused to leave our passports with him and preferred to wait. He said I would wait for my passport 1 hour, in a sarcastic tone. I forgot to write down his name, he was the receptionist on duty in the late afternoon and early evening of April 30, 2021. The spa is dirty, small, does not provide towels, very dirty pool water, dirty floors. Corridors stink. The room is small, have a very bad shower, a small bed, a curtain that does not block light. But the worst of all was the service. I ordered food at a restaurant delivery from outside the hotel and called the reception to ask for cutlery, fork, knife and a spoon. After a long wait, the same receptionist, again without wearing a mask, brought what I asked for but complained (!!!) that I had eaten food from outside the hotel. Unbelievable. I asked him if he shouldn't try to make us feel comfortable and said no, since he had been doing this for 25 years. Stay away from this place.

По всей видимости, это старый югославский отель, которому придали некоторой современности. Расположен минутах в 20 ходьбы от центра города, в спокойном, тихом месте. Есть большая парковка около отеля. За меня платила компания, но я видел счёт и считаю, что стоимость немного завышена, причём, за завтрак ещё оплачивали отдельно. А потом ещё нужно было, уже мне, заплатить 160 RSD в качестве налога на пребывание и страховку. Пусть немного, но тем не менее, особенно учитывая то, что сейчас наши карты не работают. Забавно было бы, если б не было с собой наличных в достаточном количестве. Завтрак стандартный, а, вот, скатерти на столах хотелось бы видеть почище. Сам номер вполне хороший, всё в порядке. Интернет работал хорошо. Какие-то нарекания по чистоте я писать не буду, просто лишь завершу тем, что я бы не дал 4 звезды отелю.

Personal sehr unfreundlich die Leiterin von Rezeption meine der vorgesetzte vom hotel spricht nicht mit den Kunden da ich wenn gebraucht habe um was zu klären an der Rezeption Hotel sehr schmutzig Sauna war sehr unrein und alles war voller Spinnweben salon lepote haben die überhaupt nicht zu verfügen gehabt all das was im Internet steht hatten die nicht ich bin sehr enttäuscht und hätte nie das hotel genommen hätte ich gewusst wie es in Wirklichkeit aussieht!! Bett war Katastrophe es quietscht unmöglich das hotel verdient Oberhaupt keine 🌟.!!

Un hôtel qui vieilli mal. Chambre à la décoration vieillotte, Mais c est surtout très Sale et sentant la cigarette dans les chambres . L état du frigo résume la propreté (voir photo) 1 seule table de nuit, pas d interrupteur des lampes au niveau du lit. Salle de bain très basique. Les angles et coins sont sales, la pommeau de la douche ne tient pas… Et le distributeur de papiers wc à plus de 1m du wc !!! Beaucoup de nuisances sonores venant du club dehors. La cuisine du restaurant est parfait mais le vieux serveur que nous avons eu doit changer de métier… Jour 1 : il se trompe de facture entre 2 table, j étais seul et il veut me faire payer pour une table de 8 Jour 2 : je commande le même plat que la veille mais je reçois un autre… Dommage aussi que le bar et room service fermé si tôt. Le petit déjeuner est très industriel. Peu de goût et le jus de fruit n est pas de fruits frais pressé.
