Great stay location. Excellent front desk customer service. Clean common areas including gym pool areas. Clean room and comfy bed. The ac was not consistent but the room was comfortable. The exterior of the property ( landscaping and lot areas)need some TLC but it was a safe location and close to shopping and restaurant areas. The night I stayed was quiet too! Highly recommended based on my personal 1 night stay-cay experience ****.5

The staff were FANTASTIC!! Being removed from the main roads makes it peaceful and relaxing. The door to my room didn't close properly and had to be forced shut. There also seemed to be an issue with the system used to schedule room cleanings, as twice my requests did not take in the system. Despite that, I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I had reserved a room recently and quite disappointed when we found a couple blood stains on the blanket on the bed. When I had taken the blanket down stairs to show the clerk, he had stated that he couldn't tell what it was; when my wife and I could clearly see what it was. He had apologized and gave us 2 of the thin blanket because there were no clean thick blankets and could not look for more because he was the only staff member working. He then offered me something free of my choosing from the gift shop. I'm sorry but a water, pop, beer, or small snack was not going to make up for this inconvenience especially after I had already bought stuff from the gift shop before we went up to our room. The next morning my wife and I went to the front desk to check out and explain our frustrations and the staff proceeded to express how sorry they were and refunded our purchases from the gift shop the previous night.

Let me just start being by saying that the staff working this hotel were absolutely wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly and attentive to our needs, especially the bartender who was also working the morning breakfast buffet. I booked this hotel for my daughter’s birthday based on a few things… the rooms being soundproofed, the pool, the restaurant, and option for room service. Firstly, the pool was very cold and gave my 5 year old an awful rash that made it difficult for her to sleep (she did rinse the chlorine off afterward). The rooms did not seem to be soundproofed enough as I could clearly hear the conversation that our neighbor was having on the phone until 1am which made sleeping difficult. The mini fridge in our room made an awfully loud buzzing noise most of the night, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor and rocked when sat on and the shower made a high pitched sound when in use. I felt for the most part the room was clean but there were definitely some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. Lastly, the restaurant not being open was a major bummer as we have small children and hadn’t planned to leave the hotel for food. For my daughters birthday she wanted for be able to stay in the room, watch a movie and have room service delivered but obviously could not do that as room service was shut down with the restaurant being closed. I wish during the booking process that it had been made known that these amenities wouldn’t be available.

Let’s just say first when I was checking in the associate stating one of my rooms wasn’t cleaned so he had to put me in another room which was two queen beds which is not what I needed but didn’t have any other options for me! I was shocked by this because I spoke with someone the day before and he even assured me that I was on the third floor. Second once I settled for the rooms got off elevator all I smoke was **** smoke, loud music and kids running and down the hall. I’m not one to complain so I stayed and said nothing. I just waited to make a review on my stay. I have stayed it here previously and had a very great experience but this time not so much!

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable with nice, crisp bedding. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that we had to buy our breakfast which was pretty basic, not very good and expensive.

As a business traveller it is efficient and effectively full service no fuss service; including meeting rooms. Great value compared to other properties in the area.
