Good day, I don't write reviews very often, but I can't forgive myself here and I have to write a review for this hotel. If you can avoid this hotel, I have lost money from my hotel room from my wallet. The only time I didn't have my wallet with me was breakfast, so during breakfast someone came into our room and took my girlfriend's wallet from my wallet. When I told the hotel, the arrogant receptionist was not helpful at all and acted as if I had made up the whole thing. I really don't need to invent, but the approach of the hotel after that was very unprofessional .... Of course, the police didn't solve anything and the hotel only wrote back to me after two emails that none of their staff would allow it !!! If you can avoid this place !!! Read other reviews, this is not the first time you have been to this hotel. Very bad place to sleep !!!!

Very good hotel , very clean and good organize. Close to the highway and enough far from noise . Fine and reach breakfast. Good for pause in travelling for business and with family or alone.Nice and kind personal. Especially Mrs. Giovanna at a reception >>>

Business hotel posizionato appena fuori dall'outlet che si presenta bene, moderno e pulito. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci
