As I need to book somewhere in the area again I'm reminded of this stay last August. First room smelt so rank (and the sole window was broken so couldn't be opened) I had to ask to be moved. Hotel kindly moved me to another room. Second room smelt fine but had not been properly cleaned. Half-drunk water bottle with old sticking plaster sitting on bedside table. Then was charged after checkout for something from minibar I didn't take - I assume it was the previous guest, as the room obviously hadn't been properly re-set. I told the hotel I hadn't taken anything from the minibar but they kept the charge. Won't be booking again.

A very nice motel to stay in. The room is very generous and clean, even with a double seater lounge and spa bath. There's everything you need in a motel room. Very quiet area. The ladies at reception with very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

When we arrived from Regional Victoria, around 4pm, the Reception doors were closed with a message on the window to call a number. At first the lady could not find my booking, a booking I made 3 weeks in advance. After a short conversation the lady gave me the code to open the key safe, at least we had a room to stay in for the night. I was asked what time we were leaving so arrangements could be made for payment of the room, I said we would be leaving between 8-8.30am I was advised someone would meet me at Reception, never happened in fact we did not see a person in all the time we were on the property. No help with directions, no breakfast, not a happy stay. If you are considering staying at this property beware the restaurant and other areas are closed, including Reception, good luck.
