一個可能可愛的小型服務式住宿。表面上很整潔，但一切都有點陳舊和骯髒。沒有吹風機、陳舊的可再裝盥洗用品瓶、水龍頭周圍的硬皮碎片等。它只需要一點愛！馬路對面酒吧的噪音非常嚴重，但在畢業週末，這是可以預料到的。前台的禮賓人員非常令人愉快，我對這篇評論感到很不好，但它是誠實的。

優點 - 接待處的女士非常友善並且非常樂於助人。缺點 - 暖氣不起作用。氣溫是負2度，我們得到了一個小型暖氣。我要求再要一個加熱器，但他們沒有。他們為我們提供了另一個有暖氣的房間，但淋浴門壞了。被子上似乎有血跡。通往我們房間的樓梯非常滑。他們放了錐體來警告人們，但沒有放任何鹽來處理冰。這很危險。兩年前我們住過這家飯店，非常棒。肯定已經走下坡了。

我住得很愉快。房間寬敞乾淨，設施齊全。健身房雖小，但足以進行基本的日常運動。我預訂這間公寓的時間很晚，工作人員很樂意接聽電話，幫忙辦理入住。

Very nice stay - well equipped, clean, great location. Access although unmanned after 4.30pm is easy and instructions / communications are always very clear. We stay here frequently and have been in several of the rooms. All have their own unique character and Number 82 The Unthank never disappoints.

The apartment was lovely and it had a huge bath at the bottom of the bed, which I took full advantage of. Very comfortable bed, the lights by the bed in the main room flickered a bit but we didn’t use them much. Lots of mirrors for use and good storage for clothing. Nice cafetière in the kitchen and equipment. The staff we met were friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend.

Lovely room, clean and had all the facilities we needed. Great location too with a street full of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep. Couldnt fault the booking process either - we had to change plans a couple of times and the booking team were helpful and understanding. Would definitely stay here again.
