The service was nice

Walls painted white; however they were filthy. Had to wash door inside before bed…Toilet a disgusting nasty ring inside it. The staff was really nice. I always bring my sheet and towels and cover their bedding. The bed appeared.clean. I think they just don’t know the USA standards

Very disgusting, the walls were dirty black and roaches everywhere even inside the small fridge! The sheets had yellow stains, bathtub looked like it was never cleaned. Do not stay here find another place. I have photos and will be sending them to corporate.

When we were checking in people were leaving because their room had bugs. Once checked in the room that was issued to us was already occupied. We had a roach in our room (see pictures) 1.5 star experience

HORRIBLE. Cockroaches on the walls of the rooms, the “non-smoking” rooms smelling like cigarettes. I asked for a refund due to the hotel being unsanitary, and got a FAKE refund receipt from the clerk Sam. This hotel is no longer responding to my calls, sends me directly to voicemail, and claims I stayed the dates I reserved there. Take your money somewhere else. This place should be shut down.

Area is run down and scary looking.Room was clean but bathroom looked in terrible shape. It looked like the ceiling was wet and ready to cave. Beds were really old and mattress has seen it's days. I will not be back.

My family and I arrived earlier than check-in and decided to spend time with relatives until it was time. I checked in for us, dropped off our luggage really fast, then headed back. When we got to the room later in the evening, the first thing we noticed was the room smelled like animal urine. We found a bit fecal matter dried on the toilet. The previous customers must’ve had the Hershey squirts. I go to the front desk to inform the clerk and ask if anyone could come up to clean it off. The night clerk stared at me for a few moments after I explained the situation and asked what I wanted. After repeating myself she explained that no one from housekeeping would be on site until the morning. I then asked if she had any wipes or anything I could use to clean it myself. She offered 2 face towels. I took them and headed back to my room. When I got back to clean it, I also had to step on a roach (The first of 3 that we had to kill). There was no smoke alarm. There was a place where one should be, but it had been removed from the ceiling. Microwave barely works, no liner in the shower, bed is advertised as queen was more like a full+, tiny uncomfortable pillows, and no place for storage (no dresser, nightstand, or safe). The outside of the place is low key trash as well. We chose this place because it’s pet friendly. That was the only part that was at all accommodating and that is only because our dog was allowed. There is no place on site for pets to relieve themselves.
