We do a quick stop over on the way to OBX. We payed double then gentleman in front of us so look for deal. Room was clean, mattress super comfy, very quiet, staff nice and breakfast not bad. The only complaint was the pool was slippery & cloudy and I was afraid of getting sick after I went in without realizing the water condition. Other than that nice facility!

Before our stay I tried to contact the hotel with some questions. I called six times, got a menu and was told to hold. After three minutes and twenty seconds I was disconnected. Six times. Check-in is 3 pm. We waited until after 4 pm for our room, drinking tepid coffee in the lobby. When our room was ready, the key cards didn’t work. There was no shower curtain in the bath. The beds were very comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The TV wasn’t working and we had limited channels and, of course, not the one we wanted to watch. However, Josh was very attentive to our needs as they came up.

We did a day trip to Cape Charles and decided to come the evening before. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and pleasing to work with, and our check in was so smooth! The room cleanliness was okay minus a dirty spot on the fitted sheet on the side of one bed, sticky floors, and it looked like the bottom of the toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned well. The pool was super nice and our little ones had a good time. I would return!

Our stay was unexpected as our car broke-down near by. Sharon at the front desk did everything she could to help us get our car vehicle fixed. She went above and beyond, thanks for that. It was great having a hot breakfast every morning and a comfortable room to stay. While I hope me don't break-down again, I would recommend this location.

Internet didn’t work and when we asked staff they just shrugged. We had no reception with 5G either (AT&T). It was very loud so we barely slept, breakfast was so crowded we waited 30 minutes for a table.

Friendly staff, good continental breakfast, good coffee. clean rooms. The exhaust fan and ceiling light were not working in the bathroom, but we made out. We always stay here when we come to the Eastern Shore, it's convenient to other places we visit.

Wifi was out; staff less than attentive (left desk & phone unattended for smoke break). Bedding very good but totally mismatched furniture in room.

Excellent front desk personnel, friendly and out going. Room was clean and in good shape. Bit dark, could probably use an additional light but otherwise that very pleased.
