Was a lovely stay, nice and quiet. The bed is so comfortable to sleep in. Rooms a great . Never complain. Spa and gym are good to use.

Exceptional stay A quick stop over last night at the Hilton East Midlands Airport before our flight to Paris for Bastille Day! ✈️ Thank you so much to the team for such a wonderful stay! The hotel room is really spacious and the team couldn’t so enough to ensure we enjoyed our stay. 5 Star service.

Camera accogliente. Accesso comodissimo senza chiave senza passare dalla reception. Acqua in camera offerta così come tea e caffè. Noi siamo membri Gold fedeli della catena Hilton. E ne siamo sempre entusiasti. Personale cortese. Ambiente grande e pulito. Comodo dall'aeroporto East Midlands. Colazione super con tutto ma proprio tutto, dolce e salato. Torneremo quando in zona.

絕對一流。酒店很棒，設施齊全。包括停車 14 晚。還提供免費出租車和從機場出發的出租車 - 優質的服務。肯定會再次使用希爾頓這樣一個輝煌的假期開始。

The customer service at this hotel was brilliant. I was greeted by a lovely young gentleman called Daniel, he and his colleague Sarah were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. They assisted us with our quiries, made us feel at ease and went above and beyond to help us. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I would highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant staff on reception and a room upgrade was a great start to the stay. However the walls were paper thin, and throughout the night I could clearly hear the conversations in the next room. I was promised a ‘go bag’ for breakfast as I had to leave at 05:30. Unfortunately the reception was not manned (they promised it would be & my name would be on a breakfast bag). I waited for 10 minutes but had to leave, and no one appeared and there was no breakfast bag visible on the reception desk. I paid for a Hilton because I expected the quality would be better than the other low cost alternatives available around the airport, and I really needed a good nights sleep after a long journey & with an early start. Unfortunately they failed, and despite being a Hilton Diamond member, its unlikely that I’ll use or recommend this hotel in the future

We had an overnight stay with parking before flying from East Midlands. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The transfer arrangements to and from the airport worked well. The only criticism we had was the high price charged for drinks and food. Also there were 2 big televisions in the restaurant both loud and showing a football match so there were no quiet areas to sit and eat.

Hotel is dated in decor , the food is expensive the drinks are very expensive Brandy £16 per tot the hotel was noisy til the early hours and hotel doors being slammed,the restaurant staff were in attentive and our food arrived at different times ….the fridge was actually locked in the room stopping you bring your own drinks in to chill … lesson learned never again

Have stayed multiple times at the Hilton East Midlands and generally always had a positive experience. Rooms are good size, very clean with reliable WiFi. Bar staff are professional although service can be a little slow as often not enough staff on during busier times. Reception staff helpful throughout every stay. Gym and pool are small and feel a bit “tired” and could do with a facelift. Decent range of food options - would recommend the Salmon and Orzo! Plenty of space in bar area and nicely decorated space to sit in during the evening. Decent, mid-priced option - only real negative is how difficult hotel is to access from the main roundabout - be careful getting in correct lane as junction is very dangerous!
