The place is lovely and great. Its more of a place to visit in summer or during warmer conditions though, because there is next to nothing to do if you're there during winter, especially if you're there with kids. Granted it was a nice breather from the buzz of Jozi, but thats literally all it has to offer. The staff and service as well as facilities are amazing, everything else is appreciated. Just short of alternative entertainment during winter time and the colder seasons.

One of the worst experiences ever. How this resort got four star rating it’s beyond me. Their chalets are very sub standard, nothing close to 4 star. Very dated and unkept. On our arrival our chalet was not cleaned well, the cleaner actually arrived the same time as us. Complains to management took forever to be resolved

The resort is lovely. The chalets are spacious however they are not the cleanest. We watched how the cleaners clean & really is disgusting. They use one cloth to wipe everything from the floor to the sofas same goes for in the bathroom. It really is unhygienic. Staff are really friendly. We enjoyed our stay during the week however from Friday night noise levels were through the roof from the surrounding chalets. It’s really disturbing as we were there to relax but we couldn’t as the noise started early in the night & lasted till the early hours of the morning. The loud music is really inconsiderate people should be fined for these things. Another thing we had to experience during our stay was load shedding, the resort should look into generators or solar systems for guests to enjoy their stay. We enjoyed the spa. It’s really amazing, all the staff there are so helpful. We also enjoyed the pools, the ones by the spa & the outdoor ones. I would recommend couples to try out the spa pods they are amazing.

Don’t stay here!! People on both sides of us were out of control and partied until 3.10am. We were too scared to complain as there were at least 12 people in the one house and more in the other. The place was dirty, tired and management offer zero customer service. I borrowed a mop from friends to clean the floor. Washed all the dishes again. Bought some bleach/Jik to clean the shower. The cutlery was not for 8 people. We were 4 staying but had to go borrow some forks, knifes and teaspoons from next door the one day we had 2 friends visiting for lunch. Unfortunately, on our second day out of 7, we had a huge hail storm, our bathroom windows got broken and patio roof got smashed up. Drove to reception to report it and all they said “there are people dealing with it”. Did not even thank us for reporting it. No communication after that. We all had to use the upstairs bathroom. To add to it all, the spiral staircase is downright dangerous. Could not use the patio as broken plastic rained down on us when the wind came up. We checked out 2 days early and nobody even asked if all okay!

This was our first visit to Seasons Golf, Leisure and Spa, reception staff was efficient and profesional and checking in was a breeze. Our unit was modern with lots of space, clean unit, towels, linet etc. and had all the facilities we needed, loved the big patio! The facilities of the Resort are well maintained and loads to do for children (please create more walking trails). A few householding issues that could have been better but did not really worry us: Blinds broken in kitchen & bathroon (not able to close), not enough cutlery for a 6 bed unit and although it allows for 2 parking bays per units, our second car had to park a distance away. Hydro pool at the Spa was good. My only complaint is that better supervision/control is provided at the swimming pool area ie. social behaviour re ablutions, proper swimming wear etc.

We were extremely disappointed with the staff who were unhelpful and dismissive. During my massage I had to ask the therapist to quieten the staff who were being extremely loud in the client waiting area. The facilities are very nice though

There are "rules" to keep the noise level down. That rule is not enforced. We had to leave early as the reception after numerous complaints of loud music during the day, did nothing. We had to leave early because the music was unbearable. a nice holiday ruined. Stay away.

We just had to ask for towels and toiletpaper everyday. Although the staff un the restaurant was friendly the service was very slow. The restaurant is way to small for the size of the resort. Although we know nothing can be done about loadshedding, the power was often off for long times out of loadshedding times. The staff were all very friendly except housekeeping.

Very disappointed, they are unorganized, the units are in a state, the restaurant and shop have no stock of anything. And it's like booking a room next to a club. They advertise a strict no noise after 10pm policy, yet there is loud music and shouting coming from every side. Will never be back..
