Not good…… Words fail me......horrendous !!! Very Dirty rooms It is basically a locals drinking pub, with a few rooms upstairs that are not cleaned, would not return ! Staff are just interested in the local business not tourists !

Small pub with rooms above, worth going to. Staff are helpful and accommodating. My wife's gluten-free diet means it is sometimes awkward to get meals in some places. They sorted it out for us.

Unfortunately I ended up in the wrong property. I was expecting to stay at the Holystone Premier Inn but I was booked in to the Holystone bar and restaurant. I had requested a ground floor room but there were no ground floor rooms. When we taken to our room I was disgusted with the state of it. First of all there was no heat, the carpet and walls were filthy. We stayed the one night but checked out and moved to the Premier Inn for our second night. I would like a refund from you for the second night. Thank you.

Don’t bother! It was shut when we arrived! They shut early because they had no customers and didn’t think to even let us know. We had to find another hotel after a 5 hour drive. Then they REFUSED to give us a full refund, only partial!
