Review against Mount Hotels This is specifically for Mount Queens Hills , Mirk . Terrible stay. Highly unprofessional staff . As vegetarian We had requested packed vegetarian breakfast and we were given eggs. Lots of bed bugs and mosquitos in the room. Vegetarians please avoid. Add ons :- Stinky rooms , TV not working , Gaps in windows that had free entry to plenty of insects, bathroom tap was continuously leaking. If you have a free stay offered still its safe and worth avoiding . This place ruins all the goodies of a beautiful lake and town . They are bad at hospitality and services to an extent that their Guest Relations Team is itself so bad at resolving issues that I found it important to highlight that general functioning of the company is bad so please dont book your stay with any Mount Properties. Its your vacations so dont spend 1500 rupees also for these properties as its worth a hassle far more…Better book a good property and have peace of mind.

30 May – 2 June | Group of 6 We arrived at Lachung on 30th May 2025, and were due to return back on 31st May. Little did we know Nature has its own plans and we e were caught in a landslide in North Sikkim and ended up staying at **Mount Bagul Shangri-La** till2 June and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in a tough time. The staff—**Manager -Mukesh Tamang, Sudhir Rai,Swapnil, Bittu**, and **Chef Akash**—went above and beyond to make us comfortable. From arranging hot water to serving hot, delicious meals, their warmth and care were incredible. Chef Akash’s food was comforting and delicious, and the entire team made sure all our needs were taken care of with genuine kindness. Highly recommend this hotel not just for its location, but for the amazing people who run it. Thank you all for making us feel safe and cared for! With warmest regards Pooja Bhasin

Everything is good , the view from the room is very nice and the food service is very helpful and the staff is very generous towards guests. These staffs were very helpfull and polite. Sudhir rai Dipesh Bittu khan Mukesh tamang Swapnil. Thank you so much.

It was one of the best experience we had when we came here , Mr bittu who was one of the helpers here helped us in every way possible from room services right upto meals the view from the room was very beautiful , rooms were good although geezers could have been worked upon , meals were tasty and of very good quality even the wifi services were amazing , would recommend this hotel to ppl traveling over here

Food-Repetitve, same food everyday, lack of available quantity, Room-good view, no hot water. Very poor service and food.

The room was clean and well maintained. They provided room heater and bed warmer. The geyser was also working fine and no issues with the hot water for bath. When they say rooms with balcony then be aware that the balcony is a standing balcony. You can’t put a chair to sit in the balcony as it doesn’t have enough space. The breakfast is disappointed. There are not much options in breakfast and the items which were served didn’t taste good.
