北普拉特溫德姆華美達飯店(Ramada by Wyndham North Platte & Sandhills Convention Ctr)

Chris, the GM, just happen to walk by as I was checking in. He greeted me warmly and said he was walking towards my room and showed me where it was at. Very nice stay.

I went to breakfast before 9:30 am and there was nothing for breakfast, I didn't know if they had cooked or not. There was just nothing just coffee and juice.

Pictures online very deceiving. It was a place to sleep, but probably wouldn’t stay again. Sorry.

Hot tub broke and TV had issues. Front desk told us it was a maintenance issue that needed to be fixed. Location was good for food options.

This location was great, we got rerouted bc of a winter storm and they were super accommodating!

There was no staff on duty that knew how to check people in. The poor woman trying to do it had to call and use her phone video to get instructions how to do it. Then the first room they gave us was still dirty. The second had broken toilet seat and the hand rails were broken out of the shower. The third room was better but you couldn’t walk in your bare feet because the floor was dirty. The pictures on the website didn’t reflect the age of the bathrooms at all. It felt like a bathroom in the 70’s. Though the water pressure was good. Also the heater in our room sounded like a large truck when it ran. If you don’t mind all this the beds were comfortable and the price wasn’t bad.

Everything was adequate. Check in was a bit frustrating as a customer was already present at the counter when I entered and the clerk would not complete his check in until after he left to go obtain photo ID. During the wait 4 other people lined up to get checked in too. Seems like the clerk should have called for someone to come assist her at this busy time. The other clerk during our three day stay was quite appropriate and helpful and the food server was polite as well. Breakfast was good and hot.

Easily accessible from I 80. Great bar and restuarant located on premises. Located near shopping and fuel

Had something molding under our night stand, toilets weren’t cleaned, hot tub wasn’t working. Lobby was very nice and clean but rooms were not.
