We stayed for 1 night and booked direct for the bed, breakfast and dinner deal which was good value. The hotel is nicely decorated and our room was comfortable although the signal on the tv kept dropping out. We were a bit concerned as our room was surrounded by people with dogs but to be fair we weren’t disturbed by them. It’s set back from the road in a quiet area, there’s nothing within walking distance really so you do have to drive out to do things but it has plenty of parking and it’s an easy drive to places like sherringham. The previous night we stayed at the manor in Blakeney (same deal, same price) which we preferred in all honesty. Staff were excellent at the pheasant , food was good, we especially enjoyed the chefs special spicy salad starter.

Lovely stay and great location. Staff are very nice and nothing is to much trouble. The breakfast was very good and the hotel was very clean and well presented. We would highly recommended a stay here. We will definitely be returning here next time we are in the area.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Pheasant. Room was bright and airy and had all we needed. We were looking for a relaxing break and this was an ideal location. Food was delicious and served by delightful staff. Special shout out to the barman who greeted you with a big smile and produced some wonderful pre dinner cocktails and to Olivia and Yaz in the restaurant for their attentive service

We had the winter deal and stayed in one of the shepherds huts. Check in and welcome was friendly and efficient. Very comfortable and cosy hut. Dinner was superb. We were very well looked after by all staff, especially Yazz. A great base to explore nearby coastal walks, Holt and National Trust places. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was a delight, the staff all lovely and friendly, delish food at supper and breakfast and what a choice at breakfast, and the barman made a mean mojito cocktail. The whole experience at the hotel was relaxing, after a hectic day at Fakenham races!

Two nights first time stay here. Enjoyed our break, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. Had a really good night's sleep, great bed and on waking up in the morning the room felt airy & fresh. Seems that room 25 has a constant recirculating ventilation system in bathroom and bedroom and was quiet and functioning well. A fridge in the room was a bonus. Food and service was fine.
