Overall was good except no one to help onsite. Also no good place to wash off sand but overall I like as fine.

The location is beautiful. Very quiet end of the street, parking on site is limited but there is a large parking lot within walking distance (2 houses away). Our unit was large 3 beds/3 bath. The building is older however was very clean and in working order. The view is extraordinary. There were units in the process of getting renovated which did not bother us. This building has permanent owners as well as timeshare renters. Met some great people. Hidden gem! We had a wonderful time!

Windy Shores II was at one time a good place, but current ownership is treating the property as an income producing property, meaning they are taking from the property and putting nothing back into it. closet doors were broken and off track, kitchen cleaning between occupants appeared to be consisting of Windexing the countertops. Lots of food and drink stains in the drawers, cabinet shelving, silverware and dishes. Our women would not cook or even consider eating in this environment. air handler filters appeared to have not been changed in many months if not years. exterior door tracks to patio was so dirty that difficult to open door. Old cheap furniture on patio. Oh, by the way, the location was good and the view great.. That's all the good I can say here.

ABSOLUTE DUMP! DO NOT STAY HERE! Trim missing, refrigerator missing pieces and damaged, doors would not open to balcony, exposed plumbing, exposed wires, busted furniture. When I called for a clean unit that had working appliances and was complete I was told there was nothing they could do and if I left I would not get a refund. The only thing this place had was the location. Save your money, your time, and sanity pass this place by. RCI doesn't stand by their places either, as I contacted them and they stated it was a four star highly ranked l place. I launched a formal complaint but not resolution. You would be better off sleeping on the beach.

Great location for spending long days on the beach with quick access to essentials and shopping. A spacious condo, but kitchen and bathrooms are definetly showing some age. Having a ground level storage shed for beach stuff is a bonus. My family would overlook the flaws and stay here again for the room it gives us (grandparents, 2 daughters, 1 son-in-law, 2 grandchildren) to relax in.

No improvements to room over last 3 years. Mirrors are awful, ceiling stains and mold in tubs. Outside Plastic table and chairs all moldy. Dining chairs seats coming apart and overall cleanliness of walls poor. Hole in bathroom door. No structural internal repairs or improvement visualized indicating concern where yearly payment is being used.
