Idyllic setting in the rainforest with lovely hosts and great touches to make the stay very special. We were met with fresh roses, cheese platter and wonderful breakfast hamper. Warm fresh croissants arrived each morning and each night we had a cosy fire to enjoy. There was a Tesla charger on site for my car and the area abounds with amazing scenery, walks and beautiful little towns. You just have to stay a few days!

We stayed for two nights in the white cockatoo villa. It was hands down the BEST place we have ever stayed (and we are kindof fussy). There was a breakfast hamper and cheese platter waiting for us, along with a good selection of tea and coffee (it has a full coffee machine in the room). We didn't leave the whole time we were there except to take a short walk through the rainforest via a trail off the grounds. We ordered two curries in night one, and nachos for two on the second night- both were delicious. The service was excellent also, they were very accommodating and friendly.

Had a lovely mid-week stay at the Narrows Escape Rainforest Retreat. The cabin was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and spa bath, bedroom and large bathroom with double shower, as well as the deck with BBQ. We took advantage of one of the packages offered - 'Hinterland Highlights' which was perfect with most food and some activities organised for us to simply enjoy. The food hampers were very generous. We especially enjoyed the picnic hamper that we took to Maleny Botanical Gardens (wine, cheese, crackers, salami, salad, fruit, bread, juice, and chocolates) and the BBQ hamper (steaks, sausages, baked potatoes, garlic bread, salad, ice creams) that was delivered to our cabin. The breakfast hamper was good as well, complimented with fresh croissants each morning. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the relaxing stay and chance to explore the area.

A true rainforest escape, the villa was stunning, warm and spotless! The hosts are warm and welcoming. The environment is serene, peaceful and magical. We loved our stay very much.

As soon as I arrived at Narrows Escape I was left absolutely speechless (in a good way!) As soon as I walked into our room I was met with calming music, a beautiful breakfast hamper with many options, a spa bath, one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, as well as much much more. They even give you a pot of seed so you can feed the birds in the morning! It is clear that the owners are so passionate about delivering the best experience to each and everyone of the guests they have staying with them. They constantly go above and beyond ensuring that guests get the absolute best out of their time at the retreat. By the time came that we had to depart, I really didn’t want to leave! I would highly recommend to anyone wishing to stay here, without a second thought. P.s the morning croissants and biscuits were amazing!

The small touches made all the difference - we had a welcome cocktail waiting for us on arrival and some port too to go with the cheese & biscuits in the fridge! Lovely breakfast hamper and fresh croissants each morning + bacon & eggs too! Very comfortable bed! We also organised pick up and return to local restaurant and orders the meat hamper bbq on line - nice pub restaurant and hamper was good quality and plenty to eat for us both!
