Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. three cozy living rooms, 2 with a gas fire places. Up stairs Loft with TV that overlooks the main Living room. Includes washer and Dryer and 3 car Garage. Large deck with a grill that overlooks the Black Hills. Separate TV room off from the living room. Easy Access to Hiking and off-roading trails. Amazing property
This property is better than described. There was 10 adults, 7 children and it was perfect. We had plenty of space with extra space.
The owners were very respondent.
I would recommend this amazing large house to anyone!

Yearly Family Vacation
We liked the location and the house was plenty big for our group of 18. It's a nice house with just a few small issues. Missing light bulbs, several smoke detectors not hooked up and a kitchen with a mishmash of dishes and cookware and not enough silverware. Coffee pot didn't work and neither did the vacuum (tried to clean up after ourselves. The biggest issue of all was the lack of blinds in almost all the bedrooms. These were all small items but when you pay as much as this house was for the week you expect these to not be an issue. I wouldn't let these items keep me away but I would ask and see if they were fixed.

Beautiful view. Plenty of space!
We rented this beautiful home to Sturgis 2023. It was everything we needed. Plenty of space of all 18 of us. And the view from the back of the house was magical. Owners were awesome and great communicators. Could not have asked for more.

Exceptional Hills House
This is our 2nd time at this property and we love it! 14 of us stayed comfortably for an extended weekend of ATVing. Clean, well stocked and comfortable! Awesome house!!

Outstanding Vacation
The location was beautiful . The house was great, plenty of room for all 11 guest and not feel cramped with multiple sitting areas. The garage was spacious enough for 7 motorcycles. Our host was very responsive to any needs that may have arisen, but the house had everything we needed plus some!
