Our Dad, Joseph did thesame as a boy who then became a sailing Captain of the sea. Years ago he recognized the“perfect place to live” from his boat. He rowed to the ramp, walked up the street and thendiscovered a corner home with a little garage in the back. Dad always loved things that“needed a little work” so 122 Sauga became his new home ashore. The garage has alwaysbeen referred to as “Snorks Place”. Named so by the painted words over the door of thesoon-to-be workshop that always needed work of its own. Dad rebuilt the house and afterthat, replaced the work shack with a top floor apartment. The apartment is still named SnorksPlace or just Snorks as our family and friends refer to it.Dad built Snorks as a cozy and bright get away nest with the feel of a ships cabin with woodfloors and galley kitchenette. A Murphy Bed allows for the enlargement of floor space whenneeded as well as the Head (small bathroom). and lots of windows for great natural light. manyof these features always remind us of the boats we grew up sailing.Our Pop loved to share the amazing experiences of land and sea to all those who adventuredas well as educating and guiding those who would become Adventurers.Dad would say “Welcome aboard”! In the large yard, you will find an outdoor dining area, propane grill, and swingset. Moving up to the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms with 1 king and 2 queen beds total & and luxurious bedding. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings and an en-suite full bathroom with a tub. Central air throughout & ceiling fans. A full bathroom with tub is located in the hallway. Although our garage is used for private storage, that's where you will find the beach gear!
