The room was comfortable and relaxing at the end of a long day's work, with decent service. Breakfast was nice and early, and was varied each morning - making for a good start to the day. The hotel is easily accessible from most directions / areas of central Lincoln, making it a relatively short commute from the various sites I work on in the area. Overall a great experience and a service I would highly recommend.

Worst hotel stay I have had in years. Very rude staff, dirty room which needed complete renovation and intermittent banging noise (plumbing issues perhaps?) which went all through the night. Awful experience, very disappointed as I have stayed in Ibis hotels before and never had a problem. I didn’t expect a luxury experience but basic courtesy and cleanliness shouldn’t be too much to ask.

Arriving at the hotel for 2 nights we were told the only lift was out of order!! Room 104 has seen better days. The carpet was old and had many stains on it. The walls had marks on them. The shower head could not be adjusted on the riser, the entry edge of the shower tray had been poorly repaired. Also the threshold 3 tiles going into the bathroom had been filled in with cement instead of being replaced. On the Sunday night about 21.00 hrs motorcycles and cars started racing up and down either the road or the nearby carpark which went on around midnight. We attempted to close the inner double glazed window but found it wildly out of alignment. In trying to adjust the window it came off in our hands! Eventually we got it to close. At around 06.50 hrs on the Monday morning we were shocked out of sleep by the fire alarm briefly going off. We rang reception and was told a member of staff was investigating. A while later we again had to ring reception to find out if there was a fire!! Again we were not informed whether there was a fire or not and when i said 'well how do you follow up and inform your customers if there is a fire or not' the answer was 'well if there is a fire the alarm will ring and we do not have an intercom system to let people know if its a false alarm' also the fire door at the bottom of the stairs does not always latch.

Very average. Bed ok. Bathroom ok. Pillows a bit lumpy. No bin in the room. No spoons for coffee. Ok but should be charged as a ibis budget

Residents running amock in corridors, trying our room door handle and banging on door several times. Felt unsafe. Loud music played in several rooms. Feared for car in car park. I dont scare easily but definitely felt unsafe

More than just convenient, the staff at the Ibis Lincoln were friendly, kind and really helpful. Would definitely recommend to others. A midday check out was perfect for Yarborough parkrun, breakfast, shower and then check out.
