I had to wait until nearly 5:00 pm after waiting in the lobby for over an hour. There were others that had been waiting longer.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good. For two of the nights I was there upstairs room was very loud and sleep was hard to come by. The front desk is friendly, but seem somewhat uninterested in customer service. Not terrible, but not the best. Will probably look for another option on my next trip.

Very disappointed in a $100 charge for a pet! I could have booked him his own hotel room at that price!!! I think there needs to be transparency on the site about ridiculous charges. $100 is not pet friendly

This was a last minute stay and we got a great rate at this hotel. We really only needed the room to sleep and have breakfast and then we were headed back on the road, so we didn't spend too much time there, but for the short stay, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was decent. The room was really nice for anyone that would be staying for a longer period of time. It had a cute little pull out desk for working, amble lighting and a full kitchen stocked with dishes, and everything you'd need to cook for a few days. We weren't in town long enough to visit any of the places around the hotel, but we did drive by the shops/restaurants that are across from it and it looked like a cute area to grab a drink. I'd stay here again for sure.

This was our second stay. We love the area and the hotel is perfectly placed. Easy drive to so many things. We will be back!

Was a wonderful stay went there to see our son and daughter-in-law. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip!

Pet friendly and super amazing staff. The breakfast gal was super cool. Our stay was wonderful.

We loved the overall experience here. I could have used more explanation on how room service works-there is no pamphlet in the room to guide you on hotel items, or local dining etc. The room was awesome. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with dishes etc. the pool always had towels, breakfast was great. Brenda worked the breakfast shift (and more) and she is so great. She deserves a raise!!!
